Few days ago mean 5 day before I was doing yoga shoulder Stand and did for 5 min for 2 days after doing I quit that and after that I had started pranayama and from 4 days I have dry cough and I have huge pain in my upper back and can't feel comfortable in this situation due to lockdown I m very depressed

It is probably a sprain of the supporting structure s of the spine. Take simple pain killers for a week and avoid upper body exercises for some days

You muscle supporting your shoulder girdle seem to have sprained. You need an effective pain killer to control pain and shoulder and neck strengthening exercises as part of your rehabilitation
