My hair is falling from the front and getting thinner. Light dandruff remains more in the colds currently but less. Once I turn my hands, only a couple of hairs are falling, but the density of the hair has decreased greatly. Please tell me that to use and how What treatment should I start

Hello Doctor, I am having itching and a burning sensation on the front and back side of my hand. Small rashes are also appearing. It has been happening for the last few days. Could you please advise what medicine or cream I should use?

I had an unprotected sex on 17 feb and on 17 march I gave my sample for hiv 4th gen and viral markers(which also includes rapid hiv screening) and both came back negative , one of the urologist said to me that it is conclusive but when I looked up to naco guidelines it's either 45 days or 90 days window period mentioned, so will I have to go for hiv test again or is it conclusive, also if I have to go again pls tell me on how many days and can it be only rapid hiv test coz I live in tier 3 town and getting 4th gen test is a bit of hassle here Thank you so much in advance 🙏

Hi doctor, I have developed sudden dryness and darkening on both sides of my chin area (below the lips) and right below the nose area. The skin feels tight, slightly flaky, and there is a mild burning sensation especially after washing my face or applying moisturizer. I am currently using Cetaphil moisturizer and Himalaya face wash. There is no itching, swelling, or pus — just dryness, burning, and pigmentation. I tried applying aloe vere too sometime before. 10 days before I travelled from Canada to Kerala, and was explored to sun. Not sure if that's the reason. I have been using the same products except Himalaya face wash. I have an event coming up tomorrow and the day after, and I don't know if it's safe for me to use the makeup.
