Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Having a hairfall for the last 5 months, I have attached my hair testing report, also my period is irregular.

I am a 48-year-old woman with puffiness under my eyes and on my cheeks. My LFT, KFT, and thyroid tests are normal, and I have no leg swelling, foamy urine, fatigue, or breathlessness. My periods are irregular (about 2 months apart) with menopausal symptoms. I also have occasional itchy throat and sneezing, for which I take half a tablet of Montair LC as needed, and I started Fluticasone nasal spray 4-5 days ago. What could be causing this puffiness (hormonal or allergy) . Please suggest a treatment plan.

I'm experiencing hair loss and thinning..all blood reports are normal...not on any medication,no other complaints or any disease ,not on any medication .

No pain ,white little discharge, and extreme itching near vagina and little outside on sides Suggest ointment to cure this
