Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi doctors , Good day I noticed these pimples in my penile skin , i scratched it and it became like this , there is no pain or nothing, my last sexuall intercourse was on November 2024 , what are these actually and how we can cure it ?

So for few years now my skin near my urinary area,my vagina and inner thighs,It's kind of getting irritated. It gets dry,flaky,looks like a huge patch and darker in colour.it gets obviously sweaty&itchy. the skin over there has now gotten pretty bumpy&way darker with sort of strawberry skin also and I feel insecure about it. No matter how much I clean the area, how many number of times but still it gets irritated.I have even stop using sanitary napkins&started using menstrual cup for that same reason and still it doesn't go away.am embarrassed of the itch too&tried candid cream&powder too to fix it but it darker and I feel insecure about it and I wanted to know what needs to be done in order to treat this and for my skin colour to turn similar to my skin colour in my other area of the body. So I wanted to know the line of treatment for it.

Please suggest step by step routine and products for closed comedones. Online videos are confusing. 1. Cleanser 2. Salicylic acid serum 3. Moisturiser 4. Sunscreen Anything else to be added or removed ?

Hi I am aged 37 male do have dark patches on my skin ( on face ) which is there over a long time. How can I get over this ?there is a discoloration type dark patches Is it melasma ? I am having small acnes on face specially near chin and lips. They are mainly small red protudes. It leaves scar on my face. I apply glaede cream at night and use Cetaphil cleanser and Cetaphil moisturizer. What should I do next. And why are these appearing on my face.

My mother has a lump on her one thigh which she says has been there since approx 20 yrs.She said that at that time people said it is due to injection shots during pregnancy. Hii I am an acne prone girly I do get redness as well on my skin...i think it is sensitive... therefore I also switched to a gentle cleanser.. But after using gentle cleanser i think I am getting close comedones and red bumps...and acne... before this gentle cleanser i was using salicylic acid face wash...which was fine for me but it was little harsh now I am stuck because using a gentle cleanser causes clogged pores but using an active face wash is harsh what should I do

Hi Doctor, my son is five years old now. Currently I am using Tedibar Soap and Shampoo. I want to know till what age I can use these products? Do I need to change as he is five years now or can I continue with the current (Tedibar) products?? If I should change, then kindly suggest the suitable soap and shampoo. Thank you in advance.
