Dear Sir/Ma'am, I have dry and pigmented lips. My lips get dry after every two hours. And I have to apply NMFE Lip balm. I drink 5-6 lts of water everyday but lips get dry out and it swells. I take anti depressent tablets everyday. Please respected doctors help me out asap.

I consulted a dermatologist on Practo, but i wanted a second opinion regarding the situation of my husband. He developed a rash on his thighs near his private part, after running due to friction and sweat. He later used an Itch Gaurd on it, the rash dried up and became flaky with persistent irritation. Please review the condition and suggest measures.

The doctor has prescribed this medication for this condition. But I wanted a second opinion. He has earlier used Itch Guard cream after he developed the rash, due to running which caused friction and irritation on the skin of his inner thighs. Now the rash is gone, but something like this has come up, which is itchy and flaky.

Hi doctors, I'm a t1D + on antidepressants. I want to know what to do for this condition and what it is. I consulted a dermatologist like 6-7 months ago for flakes in my hair, ear and scalp. It's not dandruff, they are attached to my scalp and when I scrape it, there are these hardened whitish/yellowish flakes. After scraping, next day there's again flakes at the same spot and they keep on reoccuring. Even in my ear there are so many flakes. I was using 1% ketoconazole lotion at night and Coal tar shampoo for scalp in the morning but still it's not improved, I used it for 1 month. For my ears i have not been using anything   I think my dermat might have diagnosed me with Sebohheric dermatitis but I think it could be something else. What could be this, what is the treatment?
