Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

A small pin point like mole appeared on my face overnight. I have not noticed it before. I am bit confused its a mole or sun spot. Attaching image for reference.

The colour of skin between legs is so dark compared to other parts of my body. Similar issue for underarms. Can this be fixed

Actually, my acne problem started suddenly about a week ago. I have developed a lot of acne on my face, and I want to get rid of it. Could you please tell me approximately how much the medicines would cost per month, how many months it might take for my acne to improve, and whether the treatment could have any side effects?

I sweat excessively, especially on my face. When I go outside in hot weather, I sweat a lot. I also sweat while cooking, and even after applying makeup, I start sweating just by walking for a short while. Most of the sweating is from my face. I have also noticed that the skin around my upper and lower lip has become tanned/darker, possibly due to frequent sweating. I would like to know why I am sweating so much and what treatment or skincare would help control the sweating and the pigmentation around my lips.

I have 3–4 very small bumps on the skin of my penis near the base. I first noticed them around February, and they have stayed almost the same in size and number for about 6 months. They don't hurt, bleed, or cause any other symptoms. I showed them to a dermatologist earlier. He said they could be skin tags, especially since I had gained quite a bit of weight, but he was not completely sure and told me to observe them for a few months. I have also done STI tests for HIV, VDRL (syphilis), HSV-1, HSV-2, HBsAg (hepatitis B), and HCV (hepatitis C), and all were non-reactive. I'm attaching pictures from around 6 months ago and pictures from now. Could you please tell me what these bumps look more like — skin tags, another harmless skin condition, or genital warts? Does the fact that they have remained almost unchanged for 6 months make warts less likely? What would you recommend I do about them? I mainly want to know what they are and whether there is anything I need to worry about

Im facing this issue since more than a week im getting something similar to blister all over my hands thighs, it formed like a ring it is burning a lot it got swelled last night. Around it it's very itchy and i apply candid-b cream on it and eat bilakem-20 recommended by my university doctor every night after dinner and now its spreading all over my hands and legs What exactly is my problem? And what am i supposed to eat and drink?

I am 27, I never had pimples in my 27 years of life, but last month some small Ghamori type happened on both my cheeks, then eventually within 15 days, they turned into big pimples and now I have few in my forehead as well. My face was once spotless now have many black spots as well as never ending pimples. Kindly suggest me what should be done. Also, there is a series of extreme hair fall since MAY and has not stopped ever since I have only 1/5th of my hairs left. Kindly tell me what should be done.
