M - 22 years . I have genital warts in penis and I took stapler circumstance and warts removal and warts started growing again . Does it effect my sexual life in future . Any hospital or clinic in Bangalore can treat it and rid this warts

Sufferinf from rosacea from last 3 years, face got dry with itchness , dryness ans redness. Nothing worked then derm. recommended Tacrolimous which worked very well, using once at night in dry patch , now patch get normal, but now I want to tapper off but it seems skin is again behaving same way with dryness and tiny bumps, what should be the best way to tapper off this ointment so that skin is no longer dependent on it
