Irritation and itching. The image also!

For the last 2 days, I have been having moderate itching and irritation around the genital/groin area. I had not bathed for around 8-10 days, and after that I started noticing itching in the area. Initially it was mild, but gradually it became more irritating. When I scratch or rub the area, the itching increases. There are very small, tiny dot-like or pimple-like bumps with a little redness around them. The bumps are not filled with anything, and there is no pus, fluid, or discharge from them. About 6 months ago, I had a similar itchy, ring-shaped rash in the private area, which I thought could have been ringworm. This time, I applied clotrimazole 1% cream, and the itching reduced a lot within around 10 minutes, but after 2-3 hours some irritation started again. I have no fever, swelling, blisters, or significant pain. There is only very slight pain if I rub the area. I want to know what this could be fungal infection or bacterial. I attached the image also
