Hello, 10 days se vaginal area mein extreme itching aur white discharge hona sirf ek aam ointment lagane se theek nahi hoga. Bina sahi diagnosis ke aisi sensitive jagah par koi bhi cream lagana nuksan kar sakta hai. Yeh mainly 2 wajah se ho sakta hai: 1. Fungal / Yeast Infection: Agar yeh fungal infection hai, toh yeh contagious (failne wala) hota hai. Khujli karne se yeh infection naakhoon ke zariye aapke thighs (jaanghon) ya body ke doosre parts mein bhi fail sakta hai. 2. Contact Dermatitis (Allergy / Friction): Kayi baar periods mein sanitary pads use karne se, synthetic undergarments se, pasina jama hone se ya intimate hair removal (waxing/shaving) ki wajah se bhi achanak aisi tez itching aur irritation ho jati hai. Sahi ilaj (proper wash aur specific cream) batane ke liye thodi aur jankari zaroori hai: • Kya wahan skin par red rash, ring jaisa ghera (gol daad), ya daane bane hain? • Kya periods ke pads ya hair removal ke baad yeh itching zyada badhi hai? • Kya urine pass karte waqt koi jalan (burning) hoti hai? Abhi ke liye yeh zaroori baatein dhyan rakhein: • Tight kapde na pehnein. Sirf loose aur breathable pure cotton undergarments pehnein aur use din mein do baar change karein. • Area ko hamesha clean aur dry (sukha) rakhein. Normal paani se wash karke cotton towel se gently sukha lein, pasina jama na hone dein. • Medical store se bina doctor ki salah ke koi bhi mixed steroid cream na lagayein, isse infection aur zyada bigad sakta hai. • Khujli (scratching) bilkul control karein taaki yeh doosri jagah na faile. Yeh fungal hai ya allergy, yeh confirm karne ke liye aap consultation mein details share karein taaki aapko sahi healing cream aur wash prescribe kiya ja sake.

White discharge with persistent itching near and around your vagina, without pain, points most often to a vaginal yeast infection. It's extremely common and usually not serious, though a bacterial infection can look similar.
Next Steps
An antifungal cream such as clotrimazole, available over the counter, usually clears this within a few days. Wear loose cotton underwear and avoid scented soaps or wipes near the area.
Health Tips
If the itching doesn't improve in a week, the discharge changes colour or develops a smell, or it keeps coming back, please see a gynaecologist for a swab test and the right treatment.
