I am a 26-year-old female with acne since the first week of February. It mainly affects my chin, jawline, and lower cheeks. I have been using Vitamin C since March, Azicalm (azelaic acid) since April, Plum Niacinamide Toner for 1 month, and topical clindamycin for the last few weeks (after a dermatologist recommended) with Aquasoft FC moisturizer but i stopped using this moisturizer since i noticed lots of comodones coming. My painful cystic acne has reduced, but I continue to develop multiple closed comedones that gradually become painful blind pimples or pustules. The right cheek near my ear keeps breaking out repeatedly, leaving a dark brown mark. My periods are almost regular, but acne flares about a week before menstruation. I recently had a flare after sweating and wearing a mask while cleaning. I am lacking financially. Kindly advise if my treatment needs modification, especially for the persistent comedones that keep turning into inflamed acne. Thank you.

Hello Doctor My son developed itchy, patchy skin scaling on his foot shortly after his school reopened, as he started wearing a new pair of school socks. The peeling and dry, scaly patches have persisted since then. We initially applied coconut oil, but when it didn't improve, we started using Nivea moisturizer cream. I've attached photos for your review. Could you please advise if this looks like an allergy, fungal infection, or something else, and suggest the appropriate treatment?

Hi doctors, One small query , I was diagnosed with genital warts on June 2025 and took treatments for it and cured it completely by September 2025 , till now ( july 2026) im totally warts free , i recently (june 2026) had a intimate session with my future wife , no intercourse was performed but i fingered her , but before that I touched my penis and with the same hand I fingered her , but the warts were previously present inside my penile foreskin and it was treated and no warts as of now , but i touched another area of my penile where there were no warts and it was a normal area of my penis , I fingered her after that , will she get infected ? Note : me and her have completed two doses of gardasil 9 vaccination and 3rd dose is scheduled on September 2026 , please your suggestions

Its been 4-5 months or more I am suffering from headache I am facing hair loss and left hairline also decreased, Now I consulted to doctor and he told me I have sinus issue and low b12 my b12 is 253 I am taking neurobion alpha d and zerodol p tablet and steam for nose due to sinus. Now I am recovering. Tell me how to make my hair thick and strong and stop hair loss, my hair was very thick and strong before, I want to make my hair thick and strong. Any suggestions?

I have very sensitive skin. Every summer I get recurrent acne like bumps on my stomach (maybe folliculitis). I rarely see people having acne on their stomach so I'm a bit concerned. I have tried benzoyl peroxide which helps temporarily but the bumps keep coming back every summer after sweat and heat( as noticed by me). What treatment or preventive measures would you recommend for someone with very sensitive skin?
