Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Whole face is completely normal and fairly bright but perioral area is severely pigmented,like looks like very wierd...and making feel highly uncomfortable, nose area is also pigmented but still perioral area is very very bad like very dark .l don't understand rest of face is clean but and maybe though  have little habit of lip biting...but still this shouldnt cause so deep mark that looks like beard look...and it's highly embarrassing.+ Also have deep labiamental groove making it look worser...please tell solution.

Since 10-12 days i have felt a swollen portion on my right arm. Pain is not much. Little light red/blackish of skin. Very very light skin color change. However i do feel pain in other parts of the arm but that was also there as i work on laptop regularly and type a lot. I did a FNAC test and here is the finding: CLINICAL DETAILS : Ill defined subcutaneus swelling measuring 0.8 X0.4 cms present . which is non tender and firm Aspiration done from 2 sites MICROSCOPIC DISCRIPTION : Smears are of low cellularity and shows foamy histiocytes and squamous cells in heamorrhagis back ground. Few fibrofatty fragments seen Suggestive of skin appendageal tumor. What the best that can be done. Is this something related to breast cancer? Any good treatment options.

For acne or pimples on face and holes on face is acne gel effectived along with acne soap .. is it safe to use and how many days after to be stopped

I'm noticing since 6-8 month my hair in the centre and from the front are getting finer , thin and break very easily I have dandruff but not much .

Hello I am having hairfall issue..so my doctor prescribed me annaboom stem hair serum...it got me so much itching the very next day..so i changed to ordinary multi peptide hair serum that's also gave me itching..so she prescribed me ketoconezole 2 percent shampoo..that's also gave me itching very next day..my scalp got oily the 2nd day of hair wash..it's itching happening even after using ketoconezole shampoo..but head and shoulders cool menthol shampoo doesn't gave me any itching..why??

Sir to re occurrence of Pilonidal sinus problems I want to get lazer hair removal. But I have few questions in mind. 1) is the process painful 2) how much it may cost per session and how much session may be needed. 3) can I go back to work after lazer session.
