Hello Doctors... I had 5 months baby. I had pimples during pregnency. Now only marks are there. I had pigmentation on my nose from 1 month. I consultated dermatologist. They suggested azobril 15%, aquosoft moisturizer, ahaghlow facewash and UV duox mineral sunscreen. My skin type is dry. I applied azobril cream at night once on marks and pigmentation. Should i use sunscreen. Is UV duox mineral sunscreen good for dry skin? Is all these are safe to dry skin?

Hello Doctor, I have developed tanning and uneven pigmentation after sun exposure. My engagement is on October 12, and I want to improve the tan and get a brighter, more even skin tone safely. My skin is normal-to-dry. I am currently using a Vitamin C face wash, Dot & Key Barrier Repair Moisturizer and SPF 50 sunscreen. Can you please suggest a safe routine or treatment for pigmentation and brightness? Is a carbon peel/facial suitable for me before my engagement? Please also let me know if I need any serum or prescription treatment.

I am using minoxidil and finasteride solution from years and taking oral finasteride from a year. Taking Revital men daily. No visible results for bald hair. Can anyone suggest better treatment otherthan surgery.

I have face neck scalp ears nose itching suddenly it comes and go.Its severe during night and I also consulted many dermatologists,they gave me many steroids creams,oral tablets, ketokanazole shampoo from many brands I used no use.I don't have danruf or flakes or greasy but it's itching like something on my scalp and face itching due to this .Im just using uv doux moisturizer for face and simple face wash .And try many good branded shampoos too.i recently coloured my hair and my scalp is itching like something I'm not using any thing for hair except densita shampoo...even doctor told me to use mildy shampoo that I also dint help me it made my face even more itching.Can you pls tell me what should I do

Onset: 13 September 2026, after applying MARS makeup setting spray. Affected area: Predominantly the left cheek and the area around/below the left eye. Symptoms observed: Localized redness, irritation, and mild swelling/puffiness. The affected side appears noticeably more inflamed than the opposite side. Possible trigger: MARS makeup setting spray, used shortly before the reaction appeared. Current status: Reaction is localized to one side of the face. Suspected cause: Possible irritant or allergic contact reaction to an ingredient in the setting spray; exact cause not confirmed.

I'm experiencing hair thinning, i think it's stage 3 or might be 4, I haven't used minoxidil till date...i have tried every oils like mama earth onion oil, bare anatomy hair serum, rosemary hair spray, rosemary essential oil, pumpkin seeds, healthy diet snd protein rich diet also no fair effects seen....so should i use Minioxidil? Will it be effective? I'm living abroad so what brand should i take here or is there any other treatment other than using Minioxidil?
