Comedomes treatment under eyes its increasing in numbers and size pls suggest what to do or guide what treatment required

If the temperature changes gets to cold i am getting hives on my arms and legs.. its just very itchy.. goes away after some time. what should i do? No other symptoms.

I had this for past 1 month.. Plz help to rid out it. This very itchy and some time is burning so much.. They in my two thighs and hips.. My levels are EOSINOPHILS 17.7 and count EOSINOPHILS 1600 So much high and i m afraid of this.. What is this treatment.. I m feel so tired.. My joint are so much pain also..

Yesterday night I was at my friend's house then when I got home I got some itch at just the center of the chest. When I itched it some water like came out of it. And after 10-20 minutes those red bumps spread on my chest and became so itchy. I had levocetrizine and applied opesoft max lotion with cortisol lotion. This morning when I got up, itching is some what reduced but now they are looking like tiny red bumps something filled inside the bumps. Kindly diagnose. I am attaching image of it. Advice me what to do

Hello Doctor. I have been facing a skin issue since July 2025. Initially, the skin on my face started becoming dry and flaky, especially around the nose area, forehead, near the eyebrows, and upper lip. Over time, I started noticing white patches/spots in those areas along with continuous flaking and itching. Because the itching becomes quite uncomfortable, I sometimes end up scratching the affected areas, and now those spots are slowly turning darker or blackish in color. The skin also sometimes feels  flaky at the same time. Based on my symptoms, I feel it might be seborrheic dermatitis, but I am not sure. I have already taken treatment from two to three doctors, but the problem keeps coming back and has not resolved completely. I would like to know what this condition could be and what treatment or routine I should follow to control it permanently. Thank you.
