Hello! I have been suffering from topical steroid damaged face for the past few months. I had used a steroid based cream on my entire face unknowingly for the past 2 years and I stopped using it just a few months ago. As soon as I stopped the cream I started getting tiny itchy bumps all over my face and my face became darker. I consulted a dermatologist and I followed her medication for a month. My face got clear but after a month I started getting those tiny bumps again. I consulted my dermat again and she asked me to continue the medicines for one more month and I followed it. Again my face remained clear as long as I was taking the medicines. After that I got those bumps again here and there. So I have realised that my face remains clear as long as I take the medicines specially a tablet named Omnacortil 30. I want to get rid of these bumps permanently without continuing the medicines for a long period. Please help me out.

My 21-year-old male friend has been developing a bald patch on his scalp. This has happened around 3–4 times previously. He has visited a clinic several times and was given injections on the affected area, after which the hair grew back, but the patch has appeared again today. The current patch is round/oval, clearly visible, and the skin looks relatively smooth without obvious scaling. He is very concerned and frustrated because it keeps recurring. Please advise whether this could be alopecia areata or another condition, what may be causing the recurrence, and what treatment or tests may be needed. We can provide photos of the current patch and previous prescriptions/injection details.

Hello, I am having boils on the upper thighs. Three years back, I had shingal infections. Presently, I am having treatment for Rosacea. Yesterday, I applied HHSONE.

My son took Accutane (isotretinoin) (20 mg) for about 2 weeks. Shortly after starting it, he developed significant dryness and discomfort. He stopped the medicine about 35 days ago, but symptoms are still present and fluctuate in severity.                                                              Eyes: He has dry  and sometimes painful eyes. Eye drops provide temporary relief. He feels the left upper eyelid is producing little/no oil or no tears and feel pain in the eye, doubts about MGD. His eye examination showed 6/6 vision, normal fundus and normal eye pressure, with dryness diagnosed.                                      Internal body dryness: He has persistent dry mouth and throat with very less saliva in mouth , sticky/dry lips and dry nose, with a feeling of dehydration even after drinking ample water. Sometimes he wakes during sleep because of dryness. He experiences heavy breathing and internal dryness problems. Guide us about any specific dryness test for eyes and body.

I am diabetic patient but with in 1 week have taken fertility medicine that is spermia sachet and fertisure M. While taking both treatments I will face issues in my body such as itching,rashes,why this happened..??? Give me suggestions,this due to both treatments or not.. My sugar medicine is.. Jalra -M,Metaspan,Lipaglyn,Novastat 10',Evitol And my fertility medicine is fertisure M and spermia sachet.. Is this allergy is due to these consumption or not??

Getting immediate rashes during office sitting hours between waist to knee area when covered bit painful might be due to excessive heat in the body suggest me some anti allergy medicine or heat releasing medicine, if possible.
