I am 32, F. Noticed a raised lesion on my right leg , its texture is soft ,pulpy. It is not painful but there's a slight tingy sensation & warmth around the area. The area was itchy today before I spotted the lesion(I assumed itching was due to a moquito/insect bite) & then I came in contact with water post which I noticed the bump(there a 2 photos attached, one is a normal sized picture & the second is a closeup picture which is extremely zoomed in) . Is this concerning?

Under my left foot, I am having skin protrusion which appears to be corn. It has been around 2-4 months since this appeared. Initially I used corn patches for 10-15 days. It reduced but it never went away. This is how it looks in the image. outer skin has gone due to use of patch but it has come back again and it is hard just like a corn has. What could it possibly be and how to deal with it? Thanks in advance.
