My sculp itches all night severely. Otherwise I don't have any problem. I have problem like i cannot sleep at night. I get  early morning sleep. My sculp itches at night. I m using medicated shampoo. Otherwise no problem except diabetes and high pressure. I take medicine for everything.

Hello Doctors, I have been facing lot of hairfall regularly and especially when i wet my hair. My hair density was so much thicker earlier before covid. Since 2022-23, i have been seeing hair thinning issue. I have got dandruff also in my scalp area which doesn't fall but it's has become a layer. My scalp feels greasy. Today, i consulted a dermatologist in our locality and he prescribed minicheck f ultra, follihair tablets, logidruff ko lotion and cafune hair shampoo. He diagnosed as AGA and Seb. caprisis but i don't have my parents or grand parents having baldness issue. I would like to know if these medications will be enough for me and if hair-fall will continue on stopping/completing the medications. I have attached my head picture for reference. I have had dandruff for the last few years, but last year I visited a dermatologist, and he told me that I have dandruff due to scalp eczema. He prescribed "Topisal 3%" lotion for it. At that time, most of my dandruff cleared, and after using it for a month, I stopped. I also have an issue with hair thinning, so he prescribed minoxidil 5% of the brand "Superdenz 5f." I used that, but after a few months, I started noticing dandruff again, so he told me to use Topisal 3% lotion again. I started using it, but it didn't make any difference to my dandruff. I thought it might be due to the minoxidil I was using, so I switched to alcohol-free minoxidil 5% from "Traya." After that, my dandruff was slightly reduced, but it has recurred. I searched online and found that there are three types of scalp eczema: seborrheic dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, and contact dermatitis. Can you please tell me which type I have by looking at the uploaded image, and guide me on how I can treat it?
