​I have been experiencing chronic itching and skin sensitivity around my breast area for a long time. It gets worse with sweat, heat, and cloth friction. I also noticed nipple changes in the past after exposure to muddy/unclean water. There are no rashes or open wounds, but constant discomfort. Hi am 31 year male. My MOTHER is having VITILIGO from her childhood ( from age 8 ). I didn't develop symptoms till now. I had 10 CO2 laser sessions and subcision sessions from Acne scar treatment. 60 percent improvement I can see. Now, Doctor is advising to try DERMAPEN treatment for scars as it is very advanced. Will it causes any issue to my skin. Will it increase risk of Vitiligo ??? ...Presently I don't develop any vitiligo symptoms after taking those 10 sessions. Kindly advise.

Starting i have used de construct brand salicylic face wash with out any proper knowledge,the problem have started from there, i have tried multiple dermatologist,they have given oral supplements like isotretinoin 5mg and 10 mg,given antibiotics too for bacterial infection, and done laser treatment about 5 sessions,for 5 months everything is ok,but later these acne are coming back again and living these acne marks again,for every 2 weeks new acne are coming on forehead and on cheeks,looks like small kind tiny dot fungal but growing hard small pimple,they said mine is combination skin,when these acne reduce they will leave a dark shades patch, how to solve it,i want a permanent solution.please help me.
