Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have suddenly noticed white patches on my back. Could this be due to a vitamin deficiency or any other cause? Attached is the photo.

I am attaching a pic. These rashes have been there across different areas on the body like in the groin area underarms, stomach and chest. It's not healing since 28 days. I have been using itraconazole 200 mg and soap and liloconazole cream along with anti fungal powder as prescribed by the doctor, also I purchased homeopathy medicines but not using it. Both the doctos I,e dermatologist and homeapthy doctor said it's tinea corporis/ Ringworm.  Also it has not spread to my partner. I just want to know what exactly it is ? Tinea corporis? Eczema or psoriasis or any other rash. Is it a sign of diabetes or an early symptom of HIV.

Hii I am an acne prone girly I do get redness as well on my skin...i think it is sensitive... therefore I also switched to a gentle cleanser.. But after using gentle cleanser i think I am getting close comedones and red bumps...and acne... before this gentle cleanser i was using salicylic acid face wash...which was fine for me but it was little harsh now I am stuck because using a gentle cleanser causes clogged pores but using an active face wash is harsh what should I do

Please suggest step by step routine and products for closed comedones. Online videos are confusing. 1. Cleanser 2. Salicylic acid serum 3. Moisturiser 4. Sunscreen Anything else to be added or removed ?

Hands are having white dots and increases when i m out in sun. Have tried mometasone cream on hands for last 20 days but no improvement.

A yr and half ago due to improper piercing at my naval,I got a piercing rejection and the area has gotten scared.its a dark huge bump which makes me insecure about my body and I wanted to know the line of treatment for it and whom to consult as silicon gel never worked on it properly

She fell from the bicycle and got hurt on the face Its 17 days now the bruise has healed no stitches But the one inch skin that peeled from the lip to the neck is white or pinkish in color Under the chin the patch seems to be covered more but the place of the face under the lip seems to remain whitish Will it become dark or remain white Will it regain her own color

In a span of 1.5 years , I lost a lot of hair but I don't know the reason . I think it's telogen effivlium cause there was a high shedding phase in which all my hair started to shed off and now I am currently having normal shedding . Also my hairline receded back but I think it's normal hairline maturation cause it doesn't recede a lot
