Is it safe to use zypdic - c lotion along with sebolac shampoo twice a week for dandruff ? I am concerned since I read online that it has steroids ? I was prescribed this treatment

I have been using finasteride since the past 7.5-8 months after being diagnosed with androgenic alopecia and still the top of my scalp is losing density, as well as on the right side more than the left. No known nutritional deficiencies, do I have to use a stronger DHT blocker like dutasteride to prevent this? Would like doctors advice on how to proceed to stop further hair loss and density loss on top of and right side of scalp. Thanks in advance.

My 6 year old nephew bit my brother on his arm about four fingers above wrist and left a small bruise on site with skin barrier being broken and prick like blood from one abrasion out of total 5. There was immidiate central redness around wound and pain and bump like swelling. Now about 20 hrs since the incident there is swelling about 2 cm around wound and very small pustles around where skin broke. Sometimes throbbing feeling that comes and goes. We have started with amoxicillin + clavulanic acid 500 and 125 mg and have applied cipladine on site. Please help us access the situation.

A cyst on my right thigh almost heals and get irritated due to sweat and all since i live in delhi and get scratched or idk but it gets opened up again and then heals. Doctor, I have new fluid-filled blisters continuing to appear on one side of my elbow/arm. I had burning before the rash and had chickenpox previously. Could this be shingles? Should I continue the mometasone, or do I need an antiviral?
