Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I initially had severe dandruff, and while discussing it with ChatGPT, I noticed that my crown area had more visible scalp. I shared photos, and 2% ketoconazole shampoo was suggested. I used it for around 1–2 months, and my dandruff is now completely controlled. Currently, my main concern is low hair density/volume around the crown and the mid-scalp area just in front of the crown. My front, sides, and back have comparatively good density. My hair is naturally fine/thin with low volume, and there is a family history of thin hair. Current routine: * Sebamed Everyday Shampoo – regular shampoo * 2% Ketoconazole shampoo – previously used for dandruff * L’Oréal Extraordinary Oil Serum – for dryness/frizz * Hair oil – stopped around 4–5 months ago I would like to know whether the crown/mid-scalp appearance is normal crown/whorl or actual hair thinning/miniaturization, and whether I need any treatment.

Have been experiencing severe itching all over my body for the past 7 years, along with progressive hair loss from different parts of my body. The itching and a crawling or stinging sensation, similar to ants biting, are triggered by several things, especially exposure to sunlight, exercise, an increase in body temperature, after bathing, and often in the morning after waking up. Certain foods and drinks also seem to trigger my symptoms, including spicy food, sweet drinks, eggplant, bananas, and oranges. I am also experiencing hair loss from almost all areas of my body, including my scalp, eyebrows, beard, moustache, chest, arms, and legs. The hair loss appears in small patches. Some hairs seem to become white or abnormal near the root and then fall out. I feel as if the hair roots are becoming weak or damaged. I also have persistent itching on my scalp. 8 years of full-body itching like ant bites, triggered by sunlight, bathing, sweating, exercise, and some foods/drinks. No skin rashes appear. Scalp itching/seborrhea with patchy hair loss; body, beard and moustache hair also shed from roots. Antihistamines help only while taking them; symptoms return after stopping.

Patchy skin itching with black body and reddish border spreading all over the buttocks to the thighs and waist. Since last 01 year. With treatment it reduces and appears again and again when sweating or overtime. Feeling itchy and the border spreading rapidly to the nearby skin area with a prominent red border. Last year's treatment: tab levocet HS, terbinafine 1% lotion and itraconazole 100mg BD for 3 months. It showed some results and the rashesh appeared again. I have recurring scalp itching and dry, white flakes, especially when my hair grows longer. My scalp feels very dry and tight/stretchy, and I have dandruff across the scalp. I recently trimmed my hair and the affected areas are now clearly visible in the attached photos. I have previously been advised by a doctor to use Ketocip (ketoconazole) shampoo and ketoconazole + zinc pyrithione lotion. I restarted both 2 days ago. Please advise what this could be and whether I should continue the same treatment or need any changes.
