Rash on the body turning Black after some days. Sometimes itching. First time in life. Only on trunk and stomach

I am 31 years old.I have a combination skin. Kindly advise .As a skin care routine at night ,I do face wash,then use obriel gold serum and the moisturizer.Do I need to use vitamin c serum as a part of skin care. My morning skin care includes facewash , moisturizer,sunscreen and then light makeup.Please Advice.

I have allergy on my arm from past one month and it will start to burn once it is exposed to sun and sometimes it will burn around neck areas too

I’ve been noticing a small yellowish patch on my right upper eyelid which looks like xanthelasma. It appears mildly visible and sometimes looks a little more noticeable in certain lighting. I’m sharing my lipid profile for reference: LDL 122, Lipoprotein(a) 51.5 mg/dl hs-CRP 4.04 mg/L HDL/LDL ratio 0.37 I wanted to ask whether this looks concerning and if I get it removed, is there still a high chance that it can recur? I’ve heard that xanthelasma often comes back, so I wanted your opinion before deciding anything.
