Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have done my ear piercing in the cartilage area in upper ear . Its been 3 days and still its paining . What should I do

1. Intense pain in between little finger and ring finger of foot and the area became white in appearance 2. Itching in whole body with raised, red welts or hives. Most likely skin allergy

Can I quit minoxidil?? If I don't use minoxidil can I get my hair back which are lost in shedding phase

About one year ago, I had itching only around the anal area. Recently, the itching has also started affecting the skin around my penis/groin area. Despite using the prescribed treatment, the itching has not completely resolved. I also have a history of an anal fissure. Hi Doctor My daughter got hives in last week and we have given Allegra and applying cream twice a day as suggested by doctor. Hives appear at 12 or 1 am. After that we give Allegra then they disappear. Then again appear at mid night. No permanent relief since last week. Kindly suggest something.
