Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My son age is 13 year old am uploading a photo of my son's scalp, where he has small, light pink patches. These patches cause only itching and flakes . We have used Ketoconazole shampoo, but it hasn't shown any effect. If there is any solution, please let me know

I got my nose piercing last year in February, but there is a bump on it, and it sometimes for yellowish pus and bleeds. It gets healed by itself few times but reoccurs.

Hi, I have this small bump on the vermilion border of lower lip. Previously it did not itch or pain but since past 2 days, i have started to feeling tingling effect when i touch it.. i am posting 2 photos. The first one is a month old and second one is of today. When I turned 19 in 2022 my hair fall started my hair line receds little bit but Ive managed to regain it by derma roller when ever my hairs are big like 6 to 8 months it started to fall but when I shaved it it stops falling but now  I have shaved my head 3 times and still small hairs  are falling apart my scalp is visible now I think in May I went to vaishno devi and after coming back from there I almost lost 4 kg of weight plus I was ill for overall a months I don't know what is happening with me should I go for some blood tests first if yes what type of i am really worried now just wanna die 😭

I have acne for over 10+ years, I have been dealing with irregular periods for years but for the past 1-1.5 years my periods are regular monthly. What is the major concern now, whenever I get pimples pre and post my cycle it's marks never get vanished away. Also I have hairs on my nose coming now. Also my cheek looks pink all the time because of redness and pimples there, even though I don't have active acne. Can someone help me know how to get rid of acne marks, pores and improve my skin texture? I also have strawberry skin on my legs, so if any solution for that will help a lot.

Hello doctor I am moumi pal age 37 years from last month I am facing severe hairfall I have already visited doctor but donot get any better result I am using hair dye but by this I get itchy scalp and allergic reaction.. but to hide my grey hairs I used to do.. which hair dyes are safe to use plz recommend I am using homeopathy foliscalp shampoo as doctor recommends .. but he cannot recommend a safe hair colour..plz kindly suggest some good hair colours which is good for sensitive an itchy scalp..

Hello Dr. I have been experiencing a lot of itching on one spot of external labia majora and on one spot right outside the genital opening. The itching has gone to the point that the skin has started becoming inflammed and bumpy from constant itching. This has been happening since the past 1 month. I am unable to bring myself to show this physically to a dermat, however would really appreciate if a doctor can recommend an OTC ointment to treat this. Please help!
