Persistent facial pigmentation and enlarged pores Description I am a 23-year-old female. My main concerns are: 1. Dark pigmentation around my upper and lower lips. 2. Enlarged pores and old acne scars on both cheeks. I currently have very little to no active acne. I am not interested in laser treatments, chemical peels, or microneedling at this time. I want to know the exact diagnosis and the most effective prescription creams/ointments that can help improve these concerns. Please let me know: * What is the likely cause of the pigmentation around my mouth? * Which prescription creams would you recommend for both the pigmentation and enlarged pores/acne scars? * How long will it take to see improvement?

My toenail turn black from yellow and a light black line also visible. My koh report was neg. I started fungal medicine also as per Doctor prescribed.Is this fungal or truama or sometime serious? I attached 2 pics before 2 months and recent. Please guide.. black one recent.

Hb was : 11.1 Rbc count : 3.62 Serum iron : 38 UIBC: 260.05 TIBC : 298 Transferrin : 208.63 Iron saturation % : 12.83 Ferritin : 22.4 Vitamin D3 : 67 B12 : 202 What should I do? Is the hairfall because of iron or the weight loss?
