Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

In May, my pigeon bit me at multiple places on my right forearm. The wounds healed, but after about 2 months the same areas developed very itchy raised/red rashes. I initially thought it was fungal and used Candida cream and Salical ointment, which made it worse. A GP diagnosed it as urticaria and prescribed cetirizine for 10 days, after which it almost completely healed. I stopped it after 10 days. Yesterday and today I ate brinjal, and the rash has flared up again with intense itching. I have also noticed possible flares after milk products and peanuts, although I am not sure which food is responsible. The rash repeatedly appears at the exact old pigeon-bite sites. Could this be urticaria or a delayed hypersensitivity reaction? Do I need allergy testing or any other investigation, and how should I manage future flares?

We have noticed some very small blister like spots on the forehead and upper skin of eyelid. Don't know how it came. What can it be? And how can it be cured?

I developed acne about two years ago, with widespread inflamed breakouts, and tried several treatments. I started using 10% azelaic acid, which worked well for around a year, but eventually stopped controlling my acne. The acne returned, along with tiny comedonal bumps, especially on my cheeks, and I also feel small acne-like bumps developing under my skin. A dermatologist then prescribed Requil 0.1% retinol, which I have been using for one month now(2 times a week). My skin texture has improved slightly, but I’m still experiencing breakouts and feeling under skin acnes, so I’m unsure whether it is working or if I’m purging. After researching, I’m considering 0.1% adapalene since its a more acne centred treatment but am unsure whether to switch or trust and continue retinol longer. I have spent thousands on my skin and I feel very stressed and frustrated from the unimproved condition. Attached images show before and after retinol condition.

I have naturally fair skin, but since around age 10 I have spent a lot of time outdoors playing sports, and my face, neck, and hands have become significantly darker and dry from prolonged sun exposure. Covered areas of my body remain much lighter. I want to safely restore my natural skin tone and improve dryness. Please recommend a suitable face wash, moisturizer, sunscreen, and dermatologist-approved treatment for pigmentation. I am also interested in professional treatments, but I want to know whether any injections, including glutathione, are safe or effective for skin lightening. I would prefer a dermatologist-guided plan rather than unsafe bleaching products.

How long does hair gain start to become aesthetic. I am in norwood stage 4 of male pattern baldness. I am taking fin and min since 8 months. I saw improvement in existing hair thickness and hairfall reduction but no significant gain in areas with less hair. There is some gain but no significant one. How can i tell if its working? Or how long does i stay committed

I am facing this issuing since two days and first thought it was pithhiii but  it was not . Help me plzz asap

Yesterday, I suddenly encountered a high fever and according to google, it was due to those little bumps. My body happened to heat profoundly, and my mother used the "Clothe Method" to cool my body a bit. Cold was rising from within and I covered myself with two blankets. After a while, the fever diminished by alot, however, another calamity came upon me. My stomach severely ached and I felt dizzy, nauseous, and weak. Fortunately, I could walk though. Then, the stomach-ache resulted in excreting liquid feces. Later on, the excretion was all just brownish water. I couldn't sleep the entire night. Please, tell me what I should do?

“I suddenly developed a small patch of multiple tiny red bumps on the skin of my breast. The area is quite irritated, but there is no pus or discharge. I noticed it recently and I’m not sure what triggered it. There is no obvious injury. I’d like to know whether this is irritation, heat rash, dermatitis, folliculitis, or something else.

Hello Dr. I think my daughter little finger has fungus. I would like to consult to have an idea how to proceed with the possible treatment. Looking forward to your advise. Regards Joshua
