Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Tried doctor given antibiotics years ago but they didn't help. Tried benzoyl peroxide body wash, salicylic acid body wash and ketoconazole, that didn't help either I shower regularly changes clothes and bedsheets regularly as well, also I wash head before body when showering

I'm using perfectil tab for hair ...will it cause any weight gain ..............please ans... ...,...
