Hi, I'm looking for solution of unwanted hair on chin and cleavage are and around lower abdomen. I don't have PCOD or PCOS.

I recently noticed a brown patch on my scalp which is: brown, circular, NOT raised, flat, not itchy, not painful, and not tender, and measures around 0.5 cm probably. The skin over the patch is slightly dry and rough. It wasn't present a week or so ago and was only noticed by me yesterday. Please assess image. Is it a melanoma? Do i need to get a biopsy done for it?
