I started using glycolic acid 8% toner for my dead skin buildup and pigmentation around body parts , underarms and neck as well. my body and face didnt react and was pretty normal but my neck portion skin barrier got severely damage after just 2 use which had gaps in between as well. what should i doo?

Hello Doctor, I have excessive sweating, especially on my face and throughout my body. My face sweats in drops, and my clothes get soaked very quickly. I also have a very strong body odor despite maintaining good hygiene, and sometimes the smell is so bad that people standing near me move away. And mainly sweating is not the problem but SMELL IS THE REAL PROBLEM. please help to get over this. Could this be hyperhidrosis? What treatment would you recommend, and do I need any tests to rule out underlying causes?

I have red Rashes on my neck,chest,back, stomach and hand from last week. first they were not itchy but not they itchy when I am sweating or laying in the AC Room.
