Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello, I have a very oily skin and scalp and for last several years I have been having the issue of scalp becoming very scaly and plaque like , I have consulted several dermatologists and yet I was always given a shampoo and soap but it never solved the issue, if I don't wash my head it will start forming scaly plaques within a day, does anyone have any idea on what the problem is and how can I solve it. Yesterday I fell and I got wound and black scared on my right hand. What medication can I use to dry up my wound and remove the scar from my hand. I am 8 months pregnant.
