Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I had damaged my groin and scrotal skin barrier due to repeated antifungal and steriod use. I have had a long History of fungal infection there. Now the fungus overgrowth is treated but the skin barrier there remained irritated and sensitive and I notice an unusual hot feeling when there is heat and sweat there. So I consulted a homeopathic doctor and he prescribed me to apply a solution of coconut oil mixed with camphor My groin skin tolerated it well but it irritated my scrotal skin yesterday. It had caused redness, burning and itching after 4days of use. What should I do in this situation ? Also my fungal infection got treated more than 2months ago but this hot burning like sensation isnt going away

Hello Sir/Mam, From last few days I noticed one of my finger nails turned bumpy and another finger nails along with toe nail had a crack vertically, what is the cause of it and can I get the medication to get back my finger nails to normal

I am 23 years old M. I have been getting a small crack/line on the skin of my penis for a very long time. It comes and goes and usually appears after masturbation, particularly when I masturbate without lubricant. There is no itching, burning, discharge, bad smell, or significant pain. The crack heals but keeps recurring. I have attached photos showing both the healed stage and the fresh crack/tear for comparison. I would like to know what could be causing this recurrent crack. Please help.

My acne gets better in just two days of using ketoconazole shampoo on face but it makes my skin very dry but if I skip it even a day I breakout again. What's the solution for this?

I m using saliac face wash and thenn use niacinamide which is from brand minimalist and thenn I use acmist moisturizer and ekran sunscreen or dot the key tinted sunscreen I have oily skin type so after using this product after some time my face looks dull and darker than my body I don't understand what should I have to do now', I need glow in my face using any products but I don't know what else I have to use , my skin is Indian medium skin tone and my face should look like glowing, and I know I have to eat good things and do exercise and I m also doing that things but I need external product that will get my glowing skin kindly suggest something

From the past 15 days they are spreading. I started drinking bore tap water after 2 days ..i noticed It started from elbow and palm back side to all around hand and few on foot top too . Another suspect that on the same evening i ate bajji from that night it started..Its not that itchy and blisters not opening up.
