Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I’ve had persistent scalp itching for the past 4 years. My scalp looks completely clean, and even when I shaved my head, there was no visible dandruff. However, the itching continues and gets worse whenever my hair gets wet. I’ve tried different medicines and shampoos, but nothing has fully helped. I’m not sure what is causing it, and over time, my hair has also started thinning.

I saw one small dandruff spot in my kids scalp today . Is it cure able or not what kind of Spot/dandruff it is... In this age y ur happened?

Hi Sir/Mam I'll taken GFC on two days before but I feel tired and my eyes are feel sleepy. It is normal I'm in night shift. I couldn't concentrate.

I have severe oily skin and lots of acne especially in Lower part of cheeks and jawline .I also get acne near eyebrows around lips. I am 33F ,but I am getting this acne since the age of 14. Iv taken Diane-35 in the past, but acne comes back as soon as I stop the medication. Same with isotretinoin. The acne are huge and painful and itchy and clustered and have been leaving scars, I want to reduce them. Help.

Dull,dry,postpartum pigmentation around the forehead,chin&lip area. My dermatologist had recommended glutathione and vitamin C tablets. Hello Sir/Mam, From last few days I noticed one of my finger nails turned bumpy and another finger nail along with toe nail had a crack vertically, then recently I consulted the doctor and he prescribed me: 1. Biodens Tablet 2. Onabet Lotion 3. Zocon 200mg tablet I just need a second opinion, whether I can use these medication to get my nail Infection treated and get them back to normal

Suddenly i got raised bumps all over my body ranging from small spots to large patches for last few hours and its continuing new patches and its becoming very itchy. It never happened before. Is it a concern?

Recently i have been developed by this two inflammed pimple after removing the hairs near tail bone I have been prescribed clindamycin topical ointment using since past 2 week but no use . It's painful to lie down because of this . I am also suffering from pilonidal cyst. This pimple reoccur frequently. Is this hs or pyogenic granuloma?.

My son has been suffering from an allergic rash on body precisely on wrist for the last 14 days. Initially upon dermatologist consultation he was on teczine syrup for 3 days with desowen ointment when his rash abruptly grew. After that upon paediatric consultation he was on histafree syrup and flutivate lotion for 7 days where his rash subsided but not completely cured. Then according to the paediatrician we consulted a new dermatologist who again prescribed teczine syrup although i mentioned him regarding out break of rash of initial teczine doses.he ignored and told me that it will grow then  will reduce. He prescribed the medication for 15 days.My son is now 3 days on teczine syrup and elocon ointment with physiogel application but his rash again increased.is the treatment going wrong ? Please help me should we continue?
