Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Doctor, I have a very small lump in the middle of my lower back, just above my hips. I’ve had it for around 4–5 years. It doesn’t hurt and I haven’t noticed any significant increase in size. I first noticed it after I had a boil/infection in that area4-5 yrs back.It feels harder when I bend forward and softer when I sit.ive attached it's picture Could you please tell me what it could possibly be ?is it a scar tissue ? Or something else

My left thigh is completely normal but my right thigh has brown long lines like veins since I was 12 -13 years old now I'm concerned about it as they appear very bad there is no pain no itching etc but the lines appear very ugly or bad I just want if there is any treatment for it

I had severe hairloss in jan 2025(burnout,stress, severe anxiety,humiliation constant breakdown-resulted in recur of mental health disease along with severe hormonal imbalance) I had thick long hair extending beyond waist back then. Then following the stress,i cut it till my cheeks(january 2025). I have had multiple meds hair serum since then-my hair takes time to reach length,never reaches the same volume it used to have.I have been on medications since 1 year. It starts shedding within few months of growth. This has happened thrice or more. Attached is a picture of my hair-then & now. I keep crying since i feel i might never regrow the volume & length.I have lost confidence and in despair.

I have been on isotretinoin 20 mg for several months. My skin had become completely clear, but now recurrent red lesions are appearing again on my nose and cheeks. The nose lesion sometimes develops white/pus-like discharge and repeatedly comes back at the same site. Could this be something other than acne, and should my diagnosis/treatment be reassessed rather than just adding another cream?

I have seen acne on face after years and it's like I have tried colgate paste , himalaya neem paste but it's not going earlier within 2-3 days they use to vanish but this time they are still on face near jawline , upper lips near nostril what to do to remove them.

I’m looking to consult regarding my ongoing hair fall and thinning. I’ve been experiencing hair loss for more than a year, but recently it has become noticeably worse. I’ve attached some pictures for reference. I had blood tests done in December 2025, where my Vitamin D was 17, for which I took supplements. My Vitamin B12 was 310, but i have not taken any supplement for that. My mother has been having this problem since years. It got better after treatment. But since she got operated last year, the allergy resurfaced. She has an intensely itchy skin rash consisting of thick, raised bumps on my waist, hips, and arms. The itching is severe, and scratching the affected areas causes bleeding.
