Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello Dr. I have been experiencing a lot of itching on one spot of external labia majora and on one spot right outside the genital opening. The itching has gone to the point that the skin has started becoming inflammed and bumpy from constant itching. This has been happening since the past 1 month. I am unable to bring myself to show this physically to a dermat, however would really appreciate if a doctor can recommend an OTC ointment to treat this. Please help!

I have dark circles. I have a sitting desk job of 9 hours so my screen time is approx 10-12 hours. I do get my 8-9 hours of sleep but the dark circles aren't fading. Could you please suggest an under eye cream as well something for pigmentation around mouth?

I have noticeably darker knees and elbows compared to the rest of my body. While I understand that knees are often naturally darker, the pigmentation seems more pronounced than in other people with a similar skin tone. This has been present since childhood and affects both knees.

I'm a 20 year old female who's also dealing with pmos and thyroid for over 2 years. Never in those 2 years or ever back in past I had acne or pimples. But from almost 5-6 months I'm having some persistent pimples and acne. They also leave acne marks. Sometimes they hurt sometimes don't sometimes They're itchy but there is no puss or anything. First they were all over like forehead cheeks and chin. But now they're just on my cheeks. No matter how much I tried to control my diet, they're so persistent. My hormones, pcod, never caused pimples and acne like these. But now suddenly I'm dealing with these from few months.

Hello Doctor, I have developed a red, irritated patch/rash near my chest/breast area, as shown in the attached photo. It is located around the skin fold. I noticed it recently and would like to know what might be causing it. Could it be due to sweating, friction, an allergy, or an infection? Please advise what treatment or cream I should use and whether I need to get it examined in person. Thank you.

I've been getting blister like scabs on my virginal area, previously it happened near vulva, now it's on the top, after almost 2 months, the doctor last time said that it might be folliculitis and gave medication which worked fine, but now it's back again and I'm not sure about what it is, can someone please help with it
