I m using ketcozonal and zinc pyrithone fr dandruff...i heard that zinc pyrthon use is carcinogenic damage genes...is it true? Should i avoid it

Hello Doctor There are two spots on my penis and they have been there for last couple of years. I have seen some mild growth in their size. They seem to be harmless but I have never got them tested. No burning or no irritation but I'm always worried what it cud be. They are grey/black in colour and are easily noticable. Should I consult and get physical examination done? My big toenail was injured about 3 years earlier and since then it keeps falling off again after regrowth. The current nail is partially lifted from the nail bed and feels hollow underneath. It has yellowish discoloration, ridges, thickening, and mild dark discoloration near the base from previous trauma. I recently trimmed the upper loose part but there is still a layer of discoloured nail stuck like a flap on newly growing one(could be seen in the pictures). The nail feels weak and may get stuck on bedsheets or shoes. There is no major pain currently, but I am concerned about repeated nail loss, possible fungal infection, and whether the nail will regrow normally. I need advice on treatment and proper nail care.

Noticed this heart-shaped spot on my nephew's arm today. It appeared suddenly, as it was not there before. I am very much worried regarding this. Is there anything concerning about this new mole?
