Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I get this rash on and off on my groin and similar itchy rashes near my ass , could this be a fungal infection? Or something else ? Please advise me

I have a case of rashes which span my right leg in patches and my pubic region which seem to be spreading from tiny patches to bigger ones. They are extremely itchy and red in colour. I tried applying the dermiford cream but they still persist

So Docs either suggest Doxy / Azithromycin which again I have taken many time.May be now I am resistant. Also I know the diff between acne /boils These are extremely painful especially in private areas.. My humble request to the Docs ,whoever answer this question pls answer specific and don't give general answer
