1 month back, I have tested my vitamins and found my iron is 37, vit D is 7.6, vit b12- 201, ferritin - 14.2. I am facing darkness under eyes and around it for 5 6 months. Hairfall and uneven skin colour of whole body. Frequent Weakness, loosing weight.please suggest what should I use or apply to cure the problem. I am thinking to use glycolic acid creams or retinoid cream to cure my dark circles. I am eating a good diet to fulfill the iron and calcium consumption but still I am feeling the same. Pls guide what should I do.
