I had these white spots on my penis skin, no irritation no itching and also i didn't perform any sexual activity from past one year, i consult with doctor he said its seems like warts or i have HPV dieses. Currently I'm living in Uganda so i need proper assessment and guidance

I have small white bumps on my penis skin. It's been there for 2 weeks now. What should I do and whom should I consult

I am an 18-year-old male. I have itching around my inner thighs/groin area and have noticed a few small red bumps on the skin of my scrotum. The area is itchy and uncomfortable. I do not know if it is due to sweating, friction, allergy, or a fungal infection. Please advise what it could be and which treatment is safe to use on this sensitive area.

I have this black patch on  my penis head and I think I was observing this from a year ago and I don't have any irritation and skin issues and for sometime  I was used the Cetaphil oily skin cleanser on that inside penis skin so I don't that because of that it was formed this black and brown combination of pigmentation and also give me any suggestions that I can take care of myself and is it not harmful ? And also give me is there any like ointment or creams which can reduce this pigmentation and also I don't smoke and drink i have active lifestyle and I am not sexually active.

Hello Doctor, I am confused and need clarification. I consulted a DVL specialist regarding my sexual exposure and was tested for HIV, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, and Syphilis. All results were negative. My first sexual contact was on 7 September 2024 and the second was in January 2025 with different partners. I had the tests on 3 September 2026 and had no sexual contact afterward. I asked my doctor about Herpes and HPV. She said I don't have HPV because I never had genital warts and said Herpes is curable. However, online sources say Herpes is treatable but not currently curable. Could you please clarify: Is Herpes curable? Can absence of warts confirm no HPV? How reliable are my negative test results considering the long time since exposure? Do I need further STI tests if I have no symptoms?

I am 27 years old and I am just paranoid about going bald. Male pattern baldness is in my genetics and I know that it will get to me but i want to prevent it. Is this hair normal or something alarming? Because the wet hair photo was taken right after the shower ( 2025). The normal hair photo was taken this year. I have curly and bushy hair. My hair volume is great. I do have hairfall but it is under 100 strands per day. Please advice. I am using wish care serum at night.
