Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello Since last night, my eye lids have started to swell up. It has remained so until this morning. It hasn't gotten bad but not gotten better either. It could be a mosquito bite or something else. It does feel a bit heavy on the swollen part. What to do?

I shifted to kolkata and I have rashes on my body , sweating, pimples a breakout of them and too much tanning and too fast tanning. My left side of face has a red colour inflamed spot around my face and a lot of acne scars and visible pores and small bumps on my face.

I have had recurrent, itchy, raised red patches (hives) on different parts of my body for about 10–12 weeks. The patches come and go, with new ones appearing in different locations, and they fade when pressed. They improve with antihistamines and Omnacortil but return after stopping medication. The symptoms started a few days after fever for which I took Amoxicillin. Initially, I noticed that chicken, mutton and eggs sometimes seemed to trigger the rash, but I also get the patches even when avoiding these foods. I have occasionally experienced eyelid swelling and mild difficulty opening my eyes during flare-ups, but no significant breathing difficulty. Recent tests: • T3, T4, TSH – Normal • Random blood sugar – Normal • Vitamin D – 7.5 ng/mL (severely deficient) I would like to determine whether this is chronic urticaria, a drug reaction, food allergy, or another condition, and whether any further tests or long-term treatment are required.

Hi Sir/Mam, Last 4 days before Hot milk fall on my legs the last 2 days it only reddish yesterday i start to use Silvez plus cream. after using the cream I'll facing a blister it is normal or i need to stop this cream.

I am overweight. I have dark pigmentation and skin color changes on my underarms, neck, thighs and arms. My underarms also feel slightly rough/thick. Doctor saheb I have been suffering from a recurrent fungal infection for several years. The infection usually appears on one area of my body, and after taking antifungal medicine it improves or completely clears up. However, after I stop the medicine, it comes back again after some time. Sometimes it returns at the same place, while sometimes it appears on another area of the body. I have noticed that using soap on the affected area makes the irritation/infection worse, so I avoid using soap directly on those areas. I am very bothered by this problem because it has been recurring for many years despite treatment. I want to know the exact reason why it keeps coming back and whether there is a proper treatment to completely control it and prevent recurrence. Please advise whether I need a KOH test, fungal culture, or any other test to confirm the diagnosis before treatment. Kindly suggest the correct treatment, duration, precautions, and how I can prevent it from coming back permanently.
