Itching around thigh,red bumps testicles
I am an 18-year-old male. I have itching around my inner thighs/groin area and have noticed a few small red bumps on the skin of my scrotum. The area is itchy and uncomfortable. I do not know if it is due to sweating, friction, allergy, or a fungal infection. Please advise what it could be and which treatment is safe to use on this sensitive area.
