Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Having acnes on my face after applying skin care products such as face wash, oil cleanser, moisturiser etc.

I've been getting reoccurring vulvar acne, what could be the reason, and any tips for it to stop,

Will the skin narrowing caused by lichen sclerosus return to its normal condition?I need a reliable and effective treatment for this condition.

Doctor, I have been suffering from Lichen Sclerosis for the past few years. Recently, I have been experiencing a lot of discomfort. The skin in the affected area has become very thin and fragile, and I frequently develop cracks and skin breaks. I also feel that the affected area has become narrowed, and I get swelling there from time to time. The symptoms improve temporarily with treatment but tend to recur. I am quite परेशान and worried about the repeated skin damage and narrowing. I want a proper and long-term treatment so that the condition can be controlled and, if possible, the narrowing can be improved. Please guide me regarding the appropriate treatment and whether the narrowing can be reversed.

Facing severe hairfall from roots. Delivered a baby in 2023 and 2025. Using black mehendi mixed with full egg. Need shampoo or medications to stop or lessen hairfall.

Skin started showing shiny layer, tgen peels off started 3 weeks back, starts witha red dot, and becomes like this, shoulder chest neck region till now, does not itch, now i applied candid powder, slight itch or slightest burn. One is old strting when i noticed, this currently, when it started i was in puttur it was around 37°c now im in banglore.i dont like oning fan,periods are fine,hair has dandruff probem itches, powdery,. I could correlate bec my head itches i took a old not expired antidandruff shampoo and started using that, still dandruff remained same,now i am in bds final year exams from october 1st, no money month end, final exam is coming,please reply

I have had this dark, thickened patch of skin under my knee for around 15–16 years or possibly longer. It is usually fine, but sometimes becomes extremely itchy, and when I scratch it with my finger/nails, it bleeds. Could this be eczema, lichen simplex, or something else? What treatment or cream would you recommend?
