I would like your opinion regarding a possible HIV exposure that has worried me for approximately 8.5 years. Incident: I accidentally rubbed my completely naked penis, which had a small cut on it, against blood that was present on a bed. I do not know whose blood it was, whether the person had HIV, or whether the blood was fresh or old. Approximately 15 days later, I developed a cold and mouth ulcers, which increased my anxiety about HIV. Medical History Since Then: - Vitamin B12 deficiency causing burning sensations and body pains. - Mild gastric wall and gallbladder wall thickening on ultrasound. - A small lymph node in my neck that has remained in the same location without noticeable enlargement for several years. - Small groin lymph nodes that have also remained stable for years. - Multiple normal CBC blood tests. - No persistent fever, night sweats, chronic diarrhea, unexplained weight loss, or jaundice. - Instead, I have gained wait ok.i need test or not and this is possible?

I am seeing dark black spots on the tip of penis. I also have fungal infection around thighs and but. Is this the same infection spreading?

I've been using steroid cream for past 10 years and now I'm facing so many issues with my face, how can i resolve it, without getting my face dark, because I'm a working professional and I'm embarrassed to go to my ofc with this kind of skin. I have developed an area on my chin where hair growth has suddenly disappeared. I consulted a dermatologist earlier and she suggested antoxid HC CAPSULES for 30 days along with momate lotion and minoxidil but it still hasn't gotten better.
