I am suffering from keratosis pilaris and that also cause soo much itching please suggest some medicine so that I can get relief

I had an accident in Jan 2025 and the scar on my forehead is still there. The scar is whiter than my color tone. What can I do, it's been long now?

Behind nose skin white heads and filament. Bit of iching but not problem. Just visual issue. White heads and filament appear beside nostrils

I have had recurrent small bumps on my back, chest and neck for around 10 years. They come and go and occur mainly during summer. They become very itchy and sometimes burn, especially after sweating. I have PCOD. Could this be hormonal acne, fungal/yeast folliculitis, bacterial folliculitis, or heat rash? I have attached photos. Please advise what it is likely to be and what treatment would be appropriate. Please suggest ointment or medicines. I have tried using perobar 5% soap and ketomac soap but no relief

I developed acne about two years ago, with widespread inflamed breakouts, and tried several treatments. I started using 10% azelaic acid, which worked well for around a year, but eventually stopped controlling my acne. The acne returned, along with tiny comedonal bumps, especially on my cheeks, and I also feel small acne-like bumps developing under my skin. A dermatologist then prescribed Requil 0.1% retinol, which I have been using for one month now(2 times a week). My skin texture has improved slightly, but I'm still experiencing breakouts and feeling under skin acnes, so I'm unsure whether it is working or if I'm purging. After researching, I'm considering 0.1% adapalene since its a more acne centred treatment but am unsure whether to switch or trust and continue retinol longer. I have spent thousands on my skin and I feel very stressed and frustrated from the unimproved condition. Attached images show before and after retinol condition.

Whether mild chemical peel done in clinic will clear this pigmentation within 2 months I am very much concerned...I am wearing mask to office... whether mask increase pigmentation

I have sticky dandruff with itching...one of doc suggested me ketocozonale and coalrtar based shampoo..is this t safe to use coaltar based shampoo as i head it to be carcinogenic and during washing this will touch face,lips and nose..pls suggest me accordingly

Skin tone getting darker and face getting puffier .tine changes specially around forehead and mouth.pls let me know how can this be corrected
