Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello Doctor, I have been experiencing itching for quite a long time in the groin area (inner thighs near the penis) and around the anal region. The itching becomes especially intense when I go to bed, whether during the day or at night. I have already taken antifungal medication (AF-150) and used clotrimazole (Candid cream), and Luliconazole but there has been no improvement. There are no clear red rashes or ring-like marks, but the skin has become irritated and slightly darker due to scratching. Could you please guide me on what this condition might be and what treatment I should follow?

I noticed a slight boil bump in my pubic area. I popped it and a dead hair follicle along with a yellow pus came followed by some blood. Now the boil got swollen up... is it serious? What should be done?

Hello Doctor, I have developed a painful pimple in my underarm area. It feels quite uncomfortable, especially when I move my arm or when there is friction against the skin. I am a 31-year-old female. I have had a few small skin-colored bumps on my arm for around 1 year. They are clustered and have not gone away. Recently, one of the bumps has become swollen, red, painful, and developed a pus in the center. The surrounding area is inflamed and tender. Since the bumps have been present for a long time and now one has become painful, I want to understand the cause and proper treatment.

Its been 8-10 days I have been feeling lightheadness or dizziness.I guess it is more when I do rapid head pr neck movements like turning head rapidly.But when I move my head or neck slowly I don't feel dizziness or lightheadness.I have taken 14 tablets of Spinfree and Zevert 16 7 each for last 7 days but it has been of no use.So how to cure it or can it be something serious??

Today in the day time undergone waxing for under arms. And just noticed a few minutes back under arms are a bit reddish. Having irritation and feeling burn.

Myself 36 , single I have been doing masturbation from very long time sometimes once a day ,twice a day...etc From past 3-4 yrs I have been noticing a strange correlation between acne/boils and masturbation... Whenever I do masturbation i get this boils sometimes on face, near ears,neck side,underarms sometimes near pubic areas... I have consulted many Doctors in the past and have taken almost all the meds available but not able to resolve the issue and tell the actual reason Now I know acne/boils is bcoz of sebum issues...In the past I use to take isotretinoin 1month every year but From 2-3 yrs severe issues started so I stopped taking it. So Docs either suggest Doxy / Azithromycin which again I have taken many time.May be now I am resistant. Also I know the diff between acne /boils These are extremely painful especially in private areas.. My humble request to the Docs ,whoever answer this question pls answer specific and don't give general answer

My query is related to urticaria... actually..I am suffering from urticaria since last 1 year and take medicine in beginning and than.. started taking antihistamine SOS but it is again happening regularly So..I want to ask which type of medicine will be best for this type of disease (urticaria) like Allopathic, homeopathic or ayurvedic as I tried allopathic but maybe in allopathy..there is no complete cure of urticaria..so if other method of medicine can cure it than please give your opinions.. At the end..Thank you for giving your precious time and I will always be grateful for your advice..!!

I had scar revision surgery about 10 years ago for this scar, but it is still visible. I’m considering further treatment now . I’m looking for a  doctor in  Jeedimetla, Balanagar, Miyapur, Kompally, Secunderabad, Jubilee hills...or near by areas in Hyderabad who offer scar revision procedures such as subcision and laser therapy. i want to know that laser is enough or shall i go another scar cutting surgery?? .
