Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi. I'm 26 years old female. Earlier my skintone used to be fair and bright but since a few months I have noticed significant change on my skin tone. My skin tone has become two shades darker . Even my body's complexion has become dull. There's no glow and youthfulness  on my face anymore. I think it's because of ageing and by profession I have to remain outside for hours. Please suggest me some safe and effective supplements like glutathione that is equally safe and effective to help me get my skin complexion back

One allopathic doctor told a skin rash at near groin as symptoms of psoriasis since some whiteness appearing near that regiondur to dry Ness . After few months met homio doctor he told initially as psoriasis later it as fungal .. Why do doctors change opinions.. I never felt itching but I get dryness and whiteness and wrinkles near groin region sometimes from past 8 yrs onwards ..
