Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am suffering from fungal infection since 20 days I use anti fungal power and cream but it didi not cure yet red skin burning sensation and itching

I have dark circles. I have a sitting desk job of 9 hours so my screen time is approx 10-12 hours. I do get my 8-9 hours of sleep but the dark circles aren't fading. Could you please suggest an under eye cream as well something for pigmentation around mouth?

My 6 year old nephew bit my brother on his arm about four fingers above wrist and left a small bruise on site with skin barrier being broken and prick like blood from one abrasion out of total 5. We have started with amoxicillin + clavulanic acid 500 and 125 mg and have applied cipladine on site. Please help us access the situation.

I am 27 years old and I am just paranoid about going bald. Male pattern baldness is in my genetics and I know that it will get to me but i want to prevent it. Is this hair normal or something alarming? Because the wet hair photo was taken right after the shower ( 2025). The normal hair photo was taken this year. I have curly and bushy hair. My hair volume is great. I do have hairfall but it is under 100 strands per day. Please advice. I am using wish care serum at night.

I have been on isotretinoin 20 mg for several months. My skin had become completely clear, but now recurrent red lesions are appearing again on my nose and cheeks. The nose lesion sometimes develops white/pus-like discharge and repeatedly comes back at the same site. Could this be something other than acne, and should my diagnosis/treatment be reassessed rather than just adding another cream?
