Hi im having over sweating over my face especially over my T zone area ...even if i was under fan ill be sweating i can manage with my body sweating my over the face its too trouble some ...is there any treatment for this rather than botox injections like any cream or ointments like that

Hello Doctor, I have been experiencing hair fall recently and noticed a small red bump/pimple on my scalp with slight redness and irritation. There is also some flaking/dandruff visible around the scalp area. I have attached a photo for reference. My concerns are: Could this scalp issue be causing my hair fall? Is this scalp acne, folliculitis, or some infection? What treatment/shampoo/medicine would you recommend?

I have been using Cetaphil cleanser and dot&key moisturizer...i added Kojic acid in my routine it was okay at first then I had to change my cleanser to cera ve it was still fine I didn't like it that much so I switched back to Cetaphil, Kojic , moisturizer but now I have a clutter of pimples on my chin very small in a bunch on a same place on chin idk how that happened and what should I do

I have been facing under eye dark circles from many years. It's genetic. I tried everything from creams to even laser treatment but dark circles are not lightening and now post baby delivery the dark circles look more black. Any cream or sure shot solution for this?
