Please do not worry. Effective treatment options are available; however, management depends on the severity and extent of the condition. A detailed medical history is essential for appropriate evaluation and treatment planning. Kindly schedule an online consultation with a dermatologist for a comprehensive assessment, prescription, and further guidance.”

Your hair thinning and dull skin eighteen months after having twins are very common, since pregnancy, breastfeeding and broken sleep all draw heavily on your iron, vitamin D and thyroid reserves. At this stage it usually isn't the postpartum hormone shift itself anymore, so guessing with supplements isn't the most useful next step.
Next Steps
Ask your doctor for ferritin, vitamin D, B12 and thyroid levels before starting anything. Once you know what's actually low, a general multivitamin with biotin can support regrowth alongside enough protein and rest when you can manage it.
Health Tips
Don't rely on supplements alone if a test comes back low, since treating the actual deficiency works faster. A gynaecologist or dermatologist can confirm which one and guide the right fix.
