Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi Doctor l, I have an itching on my skin. I have attached the images. My husband also has the same issue.

She is having rashes all over her body since 20 days, Dr gave momichoice and supradew cream, is it sufficient? It's taking a long time to cure any immediate treatment to remove rashes

Is there any medicine which can actually helps in water allergy. Post bath throughout the year, i feel itching for 10-15 mins. Taking antihistamines- Desloratadine 5 mg and Hydroxyzine Hiten 25 mg daily as recommended by my doctor and it's been 2 months but it's still active. I'd say the relief is 50-60% but when i take a shower in cold water it starts itching in legs and now it's in full body. Is there any side effects also for taking these medicines daily? Please suggest any permanent solution for this.

What is this my lips turn completely crusty and yellow. The doctor prescribed me antifungal and antibiotics but no difference It's like increasing . Its really spreading to both the lips .What is this?

The skin of my nose and the area in and around my lips have become extremely dry and itchy. No matter how much Vaseline or moisturiser or lip balm i apply throughout the day, my lips and nose are always dry. Rashes is found in hand and legs it was seen from this Monday and its getting spread across both leg and in hand

I had infection on my thigh with bumps on skin internally thick feel bump. I took linezolid 600 mg . It reduce now and had very little bump but near by area  have rashes on my thigh which is very itching and feel hot sensation one . I took above medicines from last 2 days and will continue for next 5 days. Please advice some cream aur medicine for this rashes.

I have suddenly developed hair miniaturization and thinning. I do not have baldness from either my father’s side or mother’s side of the family, but my doctor still prescribed Finasteride. I started Finasteride, but it is not helping my hair fall much. My hair is still thinning and becoming almost invisible very fast. My questions: Can a scalp/hair biopsy confirm whether my hair miniaturization is caused by DHT-related male pattern baldness or by something else such as deficiency, inflammation, or another condition? If yes: • How accurate is the biopsy? • What tests are usually done along with it? • What is the approximate cost in India?
