For acne-
Avoid milk,sweets,chocolates,oily,fried, ghee,junk food ,cheeze,butter & all which are high in sugar(carbohydrates).
curd , buttermilk u can have.
Follow up after 2 weeks.
If u feel irritation/burning sensation/dryness then do apply on alternative days/night
