Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have been facing hairfall recently alot and I can see my hairline going further back and there are bald patches it's not genetics becoz none of my parents has this .I went to a dermat who has given me few medicines and minoxidil...it worked quite a bit but then again i faced hairfall I did few tests which comes out that I had vitamin d , and iron deficiency then 3 months priscription are assigned .

Please find the report attached and suggest me treatment for the hair thinning, hairfall,dandruff with flakes and itching, low vitamin observed in blood and fasting sugar is 109mg/dl, suggest next what to do

Hello , I am 35 y o women , 18 months postpartum. I am blessed with twins but with that comes sleepless nights. Which eventually makes my skin looks dull.
