Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have been using finasteride since the past 7.5-8 months after being diagnosed with androgenic alopecia and still the top of my scalp is losing density, as well as on the right side more than the left. No known nutritional deficiencies, do I have to use a stronger DHT blocker like dutasteride to prevent this? Would like doctors advice on how to proceed to stop further hair loss and density loss on top of and right side of scalp. Thanks in advance.

Dear Doctors Please help to resolve this bump, I suffer this from since a  month but today the size is larger than before and I m using Traya hair kit for 2 month like minoxidil 1ml twice a day daily and oil 3 times in a week...after using this I got this issue for a month so can help me to get resolved this bump as soon as possible. I had severe hairloss in jan 2025(burnout,stress, severe anxiety,humiliation constant breakdown-resulted in recur of mental health disease along with severe hormonal imbalance) I had thick long hair extending beyond waist back then. Then following the stress,i cut it till my cheeks(january 2025). I have had multiple meds hair serum since then-my hair takes time to reach length,never reaches the same volume it used to have.I have been on medications since 1 year. It starts shedding within few months of growth. This has happened thrice or more. Attached is a picture of my hair-then & now. I keep crying since i feel i might never regrow the volume & length.I have lost confidence and in despair.

Doctor, I have new fluid-filled blisters continuing to appear on one side of my elbow/arm. I had burning before the rash and had chickenpox previously. Could this be shingles? Should I continue the mometasone, or do I need an antiviral?

Face is so dry can't even wash my face and feels burning sensation while washing face. Mostly around eyes and beard and moustache area

Since a few days I have seen tiny bumps on my hands which are causing itching and it is spreading. Earlier it was just a small area on the hand now it has reached till wrist. Not that visible in photos but still attached for reference. Did not change any soap,detergent or skincare product recently.

Does using minoxidil every day causes dandruff and build up on scalp?I have been using minoxidil for the past one year, but after few months I am experiencing build up on my scalp
