Hi doctor, My son has got small pimples around the knee and it is slightly spreading around the same area. It looks like not itchy but it keeps increasing today he got it on the hand as well .. i have attached the picture please help me.

I have alleargy mostly around neck and a thick rough hard skin around neck and itching too much... please help me ... i had consulted and took a lot of homeopathic allopathic ayurvedic medicines but not helped at all . Kindly suggest best treatment medication for the same

Age: 21 years Sex: Female History: I have curly hair and noticed increased hair fall about 1–1.5 years ago after moving to hostel. A dermatologist previously diagnosed telogen effluvium, likely related to poor sleep and lifestyle changes. The heavy shedding has reduced now, but my hair density has not improved. Current Concern: I am noticing visible scalp and widening of the central parting, especially over the frontal and vertex area. Hair volume overall feels reduced compared to before. Other details: - No itching, pain, or scaling on scalp - No patchy bald spots - Hair fall currently mild but density seems low - Sleep has been irregular during college postings My question: Is this still telogen effluvium recovery or could it be early female pattern hair loss? What investigations or treatment would you recommend?

I have redness and rash on my chin and forehead area. My skin has gotten bumpy. Which has never happened before. It's irritating and itchy. Ive tried taking Allegra, and nothing has helped, this happened 3 days ago. And I've taken 1 Allegra everyday since then. I started retinal recently for my dark circles but I only apply them in under eye. Idk why this has happened

I am a student and i had acne as you can see in photo , i started treatment of them using youtube dermatologist videos and research on chatgpt althoug i did not used any natural remedies as i am a science student and i thought they can cause problems so i trusted modern medicine and started adapline every night (pea sized) and benzoyl peroxide on acne areas in morning And i followed this routine Morning : cetaphil syndet bar for cleanser and then moisturizer non comedogenic and than benzoyl peroxide And in night : same  syndet bar for cleanser ,than after 20 minutes adapline and than sleep I knew about sunscreen but i thought i remain all day in home and avoid sunlight as i am preparing for exam online Now ,this is the result of 75 days of adapline And now i think i did a mistake for not consulting a dermatologist I regret my this type of scientific thinking and rationality Can any doctor suggest me what should i do

I am a 42-year-old woman. My problem started in June 2025. Initially, I developed redness and severe itching in the inner thigh (groin) area. There were no bumps or rashes, just redness and irritation. I consulted a doctor and was prescribed antifungal medication (itraconazole), anti-allergic medicine, and a dusting powder, which relieved the symptoms.However, after about three months, the problem returned. Later, it also started appearing under the breasts and in the underarm areas. I consulted another doctor and received similar treatment, which again improved the condition temporarily.Now, the issue keeps recurring more frequently. The itching has reduced, but I am noticing red to dark (blackish) patches in the affected areas. Sometimes, the area becomes sticky, painful, and irritated instead of itchy. It improves with medication but comes back again, and now I need to apply creams regularly to control it. All the blood works were normal at that time . Plz tell me what is this
