Hi I have lip pigmentation on my upper lips and linning of my lower lip but my lower lip is mostly pink in shade, i don't even smoke and have tried all kind of lip balms like lip bliss and other doctors recommend lip balm but nothing helps. Kindly help me what kind if treatment can i get for the above concern, thanks
