Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have swollen upper lip It happened last night and now it feel more heavy and sometimes it itchy its bit red not much just slightly i also feel a sort of blister inside on upper side of lip , no food allergy or insect bite that i can recall Can please anyone suggest what happened

I am having recurring flakes on my scalp. I also can see ring like patches on my scalp through my hair which are shading white flakes. I live a very healthy lifestyle. Don't use any random chemical shampoos. Although I am doing most of the things right this dandruff thing is never going away from me. I am worried . What is the solution.

From 9 months I have been facing the issue. At starting i used steroid and tarcolimus to stop this but it is coming back again and again not sure why.? Can anyone confirm what this is?
