Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello Doctor, I am writing about a skin concern on my upper arms. I did my first ever body waxing on 12th September. About 5 days later, from last week onwards, I started noticing very small, rough bumps on both upper arms which look like "chicken skin". The texture feels rough and bumpy to touch. There is mild redness but no severe itching, no pus, no fever. This is the first time I have experienced this. I have no known history of eczema or similar bumpy skin before. My questions are: 1. Is this post-wax folliculitis / irritation or keratosis pilaris? 2. what should i do ? 3. is it curable ? please suggest!!

I have insulin resistance skin and AN due to which my neck is too pigmented and soapy to touch. It look dirty due to pigmentation. Please suggest some otc. I tried 10% urea based lotion but it has made my skin itchy. My neck usually is itchy when i get up in the morning or when it sweats. So not sure it's urea lotion or my usual skin. Right now it's tingling mildly and i feel an urge to scratch it. Pls help

Hello Doctor, I have been getting small pimple-like bumps on my scalp. They are raised and red, and some seem to have a yellowish/white material around the hair follicle. I have also noticed small yellow-brown plugs/crusts attached to some hairs after they come out. I’ve attached photos for reference. Could you please tell me what this might be and whether it could be scalp folliculitis or something else? Please also advise what shampoo/treatment I should use and how often.
