Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I had fungus near anus this is when this started too , looks like a wound or a cut near the butt crack The fungus is gone applied fungicross on it but this is still there Applying fucidin on it and then sudocream been a week now but this still stays Should I apply fungicross on it too to clear it ?

I have had persistent symptoms on my groin and penis skin. Now I have thickened(discolored) scaling on my groin, on my penis. There is no visible border. And even if I lt sheds it just doesn't goes away. My skin gets irritated very often. I wear loose cotton shorts all day without any underwear or pants. It doesn't itch all day. It mostly itches and burns when I sit down on a chair for an hour. I have had been on treatment with a dermatologist for antifungal treatment for 4 months yet my condition hasnt improved much. There is no visible border. It also slightly burns below my scrotum when I touch it but there too isnt any visible border. When I first diagnosed with a doctor I have had a different smell emanating from there and that smell is still there even after 4months and It goes away when I clean it with water or my medical soap. My skin there generally doesn't shows much redness there except when it gets irritated It burns more than it itches.

Recently I have observed my crown hair is getting thin which leads to male pattern androgenic alopecia,Few years back I used MX-5 for hair thinning and i got better results later,then I stopped Now I am observing my crown hair is thinning,Which is better minoxidil solution with finasteride either Morr F5(Intas) or MX-F5(H&H) Can you please suggest which minoxidil solution is best to use Morr F5 or Mx-F5??

I had C section and now 3months in postpartum. Postpartum hairfall has just begun for me Is there any way to reduce postpartum hairfall? Also I was applying 5% tugain minoxidil before pregnancy. Can I restart it now if breastfeeding?
