Hi doctor.  I got this brown mark on my face after a small bruise by a small scratch with wooden stick. Pls Suggest any ointments or creams to get rid of that permanently.

I am facing hair fall since nce 1.4 years.. all blood test done vit d- 54, tsh 2.7 ,b 12 -1421, ferritin serum 16, iron serum ferrozin 38 ,iron binding capacity 335 ,transferin saturation serum 11.5 ,hemoglobin 12.3, folic acid 16.73 Currently taking biotin 5 and livogen . Since 21 days . Earlier taken various multivitamin tablet as suggested by dermatologist.. getting hair fall worsen day be day now scalp visible.. is any further test required? And what medicine shoul take along with btn and livogen .. Kindly advise.. as I am more tensed due to hair fall ..which is affecting my overall health.

I am a 30-year-old female with recurring acne that mainly occurs when I am living in Pune. My skin becomes much clearer whenever I travel to or stay in other cities, so I suspect the humid weather or environmental factors in Pune may be triggering my breakouts. My dermatologist prescribed oral isotretinoin along with topical clindamycin for 2 weeks. My acne has completely cleared, and my skin is the best it has looked in months. My dermatologist had initially advised only a short course, but I am concerned that my acne will return once I stop the medication. I have a few questions: Is a short 2-week course of isotretinoin enough to keep acne under control, or is relapse common? Should I continue using topical clindamycin after stopping isotretinoin? If yes, for how long? What is the best maintenance treatment to prevent acne from returning? Since my acne seems to be triggered mainly by Pune's climate, are there any skincare or preventive measures that can help reduce future flare-ups?

I have Acanthosis Nigricans and A problem of Bad odour i don't know I smell even after I bath and my neck, my armpits are too black plus I have problem of lot of sweating. I don't know what that is and is curable or not???
