Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I hv genital warts 3 month back, consulted a doctor, given some medicine to eat & Also given podowart-s to apply on this. After applying it two times in 3 days, skin removed/cut and after some days. It was ok as it should be. Itching started again after 1 week. Now again many small warts is there near anal area. Please suggest to get it rid of permanently.

I have  small rounds of rough patches growing all over my body. It's also on my head. I feel small rounds even on my scalp. I don't know whether it's the same as in images. Currently there are three patches. One on the lower part of the left leg. One on the back. One today grew on the left year.

Is my hair loss, or could this be a fungal infection? I’m not sure what’s going on. Can anyone please help me understand?

I have severe 6-month hair loss with bald patches, PCOS (periods now normal after treatment), and dust hives controlled by Dermzex BG. An online clinic gave me Minoxidil, but I want to know if Minoxidil, Pilgrim serum, or a derma roller will trigger my hives or worsen the bald patches. What internal link connects PCOS, dust hives, and bald patches? Please please suggest low-cost hair treatment medicine or low cost hair regrowth serum etc??? 🙏🏻

I am observing hair fall and shedding for quite sometime. From last few months it has increased, my lifestyle is not good but i don't want to have any pre-assumption but need correct guidance for this. I will be receiving my blood reports on Saturday which covers most of the things like any deficiency. Would it be a correct way to consult a dermat with those reports and seek further guidance.
