Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Small small bumps on my base of the penis its been there for several months also sexually active but never did unprotected sex

I have been facing some issues with my skin ,I have attached the photo of it . First of all I'm a diabetic patient taking tresiba insulin of 22 units and Glycomet gp 2 at night and in mrng Istavel 100 mg , this skin irritation won't stop it makes me wanna scratch. I used candid b cream which was recommended by my previous doctor but it isn't working now as this is a new one formed on my lap before it was on my right arm. Please help me out

I have an itchy rash all over my body , back and abdomen area specifically spreading to arms legs shoulder and chest. I also had an accident 3 days ago which wounded me with scratches on my shoulder that leaked plasma and a wound on my elbow . The rash is itchy , I feel nauseous , a little bit hard to breathe (I already have asthma ) ,and little bit weak and confused .

3 years before I consult a dermatologist for extreme hair fall after my son's birth.He prescribed Q sera serum and then M power 5 percent, Dermadew ahf shampoo and hairbless tablet. Then my problem solved. And I continued using minoxidil 5 percent but not continuously . As my hairfall increase again I started using M Power again. And now for 2 months I am using Mintop forte. But my hairfall is not controlled. I am losing 50 to 60 strands every day . I have dandruff but not flakes.It is stickey type and come in my nail. I used shampoo once or twice in a week. Which shampoo and which serum now I can use to stop hairfall ?

I had very pretty big eyes since last 6-7 moths i have noticed eyes have become very small sunken deep set i have week eyesight, stress, screen work anyway i can correct it without fillers or surgery i am just 23 and eye have started looking very weird and this is affecting me mentally causing anxiety. just wanna know if they can be corrected or i have to live this way

I have a history of alopecia areata. Previously, I developed a patch of hair loss on my beard/chin, which improved after a Kenacort injection. I have now noticed a new patch of hair loss on the back of my scalp. I was previously advised to take Tofacts 5 mg twice daily, but I took it only briefly and discontinued it. I would like to know the appropriate treatment for this recurrence.

Doctor gave tacroz oilment for night and lulifin oilment in morning and also for night teczine tablets given to use for 4 weeks but my question is approximately how long will get cure

Mere underarms mein kaafi time se dark pigmentation hai aur skin thodi thick/rough bhi hai. Kya ye acanthosis nigricans ho sakta hai? Main TCA 15% chemical peel use karne ka soch rahi hoon. Kya mere case mein ye safe/appropriate hai? Maine underarms ki clear photos attach ki hain. Please batayein ki mujhe peel karwana chahiye ya nahi aur pigmentation ka suitable treatment kya rahega.

So i have an oily acne prone skin . And my skin generates so much of oil . I am having closed comedones on forehead ,few on cheeks. I have used so many good brand products and even pharmacy products like excela(caused me sweating), aha glow, acne oc (had shea butter so made my skin more oily), acnemoist, saslic DS . I have even used cosmetics brands , but no luck . I have saliac face wash which works good but it dehydrates the skin so much - to compensate skin produces more oil as i cant use any heavy moisturiser.So i want a doc to please guide me with these issues. And provide me the proper path for fixing this. Happy to give additional details if necessary
