Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have extreme vulvar utching from past 4 days , due to my scratching red spots have broken skin and bleeed kind of clots too ,right bow I can't go to clinic pls pls suggest any cream to atleast sooth the itching coz its veey intense nd I scratch it a lot in night near my vulvar region till backside of hips

I noticed a long, flat boil/lump about 4 cm in size on my pubic area around 10 days ago. At the same time, I had lower abdominal pain on the same side for about 3 days, which resolved on its own. I used warm compresses for a few minutes over 2 days, after which the lump drained spontaneously and reduced significantly in size. It is now much smaller than it was initially. The area where the lump has reduced has left a dark mark, which is slightly itchy only when touched. I currently have no pain, redness, warmth, swelling, or fever, and I have not felt unwell at any point. Should I have the remaining lump examined by a doctor, or is it reasonable to leave it alone and allow it to resolve on its own?

I have been dealing with acne and PCOS for some time. My dermatologist has prescribed isotretinoin for several cycles, which helped clear my skin, but my acne has started coming back. I have also been working on improving my diet, exercise, sleep and overall lifestyle. At this point, I would prefer not to take isotretinoin again or use Femilon for my acne or PCOS. I would like to know what other options are available to manage my acne and PCOS, especially options that can help control the underlying hormonal issues and prevent the acne from repeatedly coming back.

I m 26 yrs old unmarried female.I noticed some mild papillie fingerlike projections on my labia minora 3 yrs before before that my vulva was normal but after that papillae it starts to itching on heavy activities like when it gets pressure for example while riding scooty our vulva gets some presurre from below so it starts to itching due to friction but before that i never faced this problem i showed it to many gynac they all gave me medicine and its just temporary symtoms relief after soing activity its starts itching and also while touching that papillae its painful but here in my place doctor don't have any idea i want to remove it which doctor to shows it for removal one of my dermat says remove it but its very much inside or close to vaginal opening so go and remove its from gynaecologist but my gynac refused said its normal bt it causing me discomfort and any suggestion for best doctor nashik for this??

I'm a 20 year old female who's also dealing with pmos and thyroid for over 2 years. Never in those 2 years or ever back in past I had acne or pimples. But from almost 5-6 months I'm having some persistent pimples and acne. They also leave acne marks. Sometimes they hurt sometimes don't sometimes They're itchy but there is no puss or anything. First they were all over like forehead cheeks and chin. But now they're just on my cheeks. No matter how much I tried to control my diet, they're so persistent. My hormones, pcod, never caused pimples and acne like these. But now suddenly I'm dealing with these from few months.

I am 28 yrs I have been taking medicines from the beginning last year I stopped the treatment including steroids and sun exposure In the last one year my vitiligo spread severely and I lost all my confidence as I had 25% viti but after stopping the treatment it became 70% on my body I started the treatment again and now it's stable and 50% or less my doctor is not in the city approx 3-4 months I am repeating last month's consultation again and again he is not available still what should I do

I have had acne for 10+ years. I started using skincare and experimented with many of them and now the situation is at ease and acne comes only about my menstrual cycle but the thing I am getting now is i am not able to treat blackhead on nose and tiny small bumbs on my chin and cheeks also my cheeks are pink all the time because of pimples but the major concern is the acne marks that stays on my face post acne and have tried the alpha arbutin serum but it does not work, can someone suggested a good ointment so that the uneven texture, blackhead and whiteheads and this stubborn acne marks gets deleted out?

Actually I am having hairfall issue from last 3-4 years but from last 1 yr I was in Delhi and suddenly it increased a lot I can see my scalp and hair density is less now.Also suddenly in last 4-5 days from one side of eyebrow hairs are shedding from a single area in between.i don't know what to do.

She has cuts on fingers from last 15 years because of allergy from the  detergents. 15 days back she used phnyle for washing. Due to which her hands are very much itchy. What cream or medicine will help??
