Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I applied henna yesterday night and got redness below the henna strains and also it seems swollen. What should i do? Any feeding friendly advice?

I have been suffering from nail fungal infection since few months. Initially i missed treatment and it effected on 3/4th of my right hand nail. I have started taking oral medicine and also apply nail lacquer. However the nail has not improved. I know it takes time. I dont have any visible yellow puss yet. But the skin above the nail is kind of painful and some times lightly swollen. I do have contact with water. As its my right hand and cannot completely avoid it. Im trying to avoid any surgery for nail. Is there a permanent solution through oral medications and nail lacquer. Also any anti fungal oil ? I am a new mom and also kind of have a skin allergy urticaria.

I initially had severe dandruff, and while discussing it with ChatGPT, I noticed that my crown area had more visible scalp. I shared photos, and 2% ketoconazole shampoo was suggested. I used it for around 1–2 months, and my dandruff is now completely controlled. Currently, my main concern is low hair density/volume around the crown and the mid-scalp area just in front of the crown. My front, sides, and back have comparatively good density. My hair is naturally fine/thin with low volume, and there is a family history of thin hair. Current routine: * Sebamed Everyday Shampoo – regular shampoo * 2% Ketoconazole shampoo – previously used for dandruff * L’Oréal Extraordinary Oil Serum – for dryness/frizz * Hair oil – stopped around 4–5 months ago I would like to know whether the crown/mid-scalp appearance is normal crown/whorl or actual hair thinning/miniaturization, and whether I need any treatment.

Have been experiencing severe itching all over my body for the past 7 years, along with progressive hair loss from different parts of my body. Patchy skin itching with black body and reddish border spreading all over the buttocks to the thighs and waist. Since last 01 year. With treatment it reduces and appears again and again when sweating or overtime. Feeling itchy and the border spreading rapidly to the nearby skin area with a prominent red border. Last year's treatment: tab levocet HS, terbinafine 1% lotion and itraconazole 100mg BD for 3 months. It showed some results and the rashesh appeared again. After dyeing my hair for 20years now recently when I used indica hairdye itching started.consulted dermatologist in procto online , he suggested allegra,180, prednisolone, antihistamine tabs increased .it's not reducing give  me solution

I want to know what is this bump is this contagious or anything serious i found these small bump on my penis which can be only seen when i pinch it or stretch the skin or when its erect i am worried if this is serious or contagious or normal

My groin area has a skin allergy. It goes away after I put ointment on it, but it never really gets better.
