Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am a 26 year old male. I have multiple slightly raised, light-colored patches on my right forearm for the past one week. The patches itch occasionally but not continuously. There is no redness, pain, discharge, swelling, or fever. I sweat a lot, and I do not have similar patches anywhere else on my body. The patches have not improved significantly over the past week. I have attached a photo. Could you please let me know what this might be and what treatment or investigations, if any, are required?

Hello, I have a lot of moles on my face. They're darker than my skin colour and raised. Is it safe and advisable to get them removed? This is completely for cosmetic purposes as they don't itch or anything. Also, what will be the procedure and the approximate cost for the removal of say, 7 - 10 moles from the face. I am attaching a picture of one rash. It has been present for about 60 days, and I have been on medication for 45 days, but it has not improved at all. One doctor diagnosed it as Tinea corporis, while a homeopathy doctor said it is ringworm. I have been taking both allopathic and homeopathic treatments, but there has been no significant improvement. The medications I have used include: Itraconazole tablets Antifungal soap Dustin powder Luliconazole cream Homeopathic medicines I have undergone a blood sugar test, which was normal, and a cholesterol test, which was also normal except for an elevated LDL cholesterol level.
