She has premature white hair problem for last 2 years .I take medicine but no effect . She is only 12 years old pls any advice

Hello Doctor Mere ghar me Betnovate N cream use hoti thì to main bhi yahi face pe lagane lagi. Main ise lagbhag 4-5 saal se use kar rahi thi. Beech beech me jab chhodti thi to itching, redness aur chote chote daane ho jate the, isliye phir start kar deti thi. Ab mujhe laga ki ye use karna thik nahi hai. Maine thoda search kiya to pata chala ye steroid cream hai. Ise daily use nahi karna chahiye aur ek dam chhod bhínahi sakte. Isliye main aapse suggestion lena chahti hu. Ab mujhe kya karna chahiye? Ise kaise band karu aur skin kaise thik hogi? Please guide kijiye.

For now im using imexia plus shampoo recommended by dermatologist for hair fall issue. Hair fall starts for few months frequently and stops and then starts again. My hair is also not growing much.
