I have developed redness over palms but my liver enzymes are normal..Can this happen due to dry skin? Or Is this that has to be worried too much

Have two main areas of concern on the left side of my face that have been present for around 15 years: Upper Cheek / Zygomatic Area: A well-defined, flat brown spot (hyperpigmented macule). It has no raised texture, pain, or itching, but the pigment has remained fixed for years. Mid-to-Lower Cheek: Linear, shallow textural lines and mild discoloration (atrophic linear scars) originating from old scratch injuries. Since these marks are deep-seated and over 15 years old please suggest an ointment that can reduce this.

For the last 2 days, I have been having moderate itching and irritation around the genital/groin area. I had not bathed for around 8–10 days, and after that I started noticing itching in the area. Initially it was mild, but gradually it became more irritating. When I scratch or rub the area, the itching increases. There are very small, tiny dot-like or pimple-like bumps with a little redness around them. The bumps are not filled with anything, and there is no pus, fluid, or discharge from them. About 6 months ago, I had a similar itchy, ring-shaped rash in the private area, which I thought could have been ringworm. This time, I applied clotrimazole 1% cream, and the itching reduced a lot within around 10 minutes, but after 2–3 hours some irritation started again. Hello Doctor, I have been getting small pimple-like bumps on my scalp. They are raised and red, and some seem to have a yellowish/white material around the hair follicle. I have also noticed small yellow-brown plugs/crusts attached to some hairs after they come out. I’ve attached photos for reference. Could you please tell me what this might be and whether it could be scalp folliculitis or something else? Please also advise what shampoo/treatment I should use and how often.

I have been using Heaven Beauty Night Cream on my face once daily for 6–12 months. When I stop using it, my skin becomes darker within 1–2 weeks, and it becomes lighter again when I restart it. I don't know if the cream have any steroids because it says all natural ingredients but i m worried about dependency. Is there any effective solution? My skin is very sensitive, earlier i tried peels and laser but it only worsend my condition and did not help at all.

I got into an accident today morning, got consultation from Ortho and got x-rays done. Luckily there is no bone issue, all damage are soft tissues. But I have a medium size abrasion wound on my knee, it is fresh and new. I got my wound treated immediately at a nearby clinic, they cleaned and dressed it. Also got a tetanus shot just to be safe, on the advise of the clinic doctor ofcourse. Ortho doctor suggested me to keep to in open dry air. Wanted to know how to treat the wound at home properly. Tonight, tomorrow, so that the sting and pain subsides quicker.

I have lots of comedones since july 2026, and it has kept increasing, I use cleanser, snail mucin, moisturizer and sunscreen at am than cleanser, aha bha toner from cosrx, snail mucin, moisturizer and spot treatment. Is there any way to get rid oh comedones? I do not want to use any kind of vitamin A family and scared of purging.

I am facing this scalp phosris issue from past 5 years I have used all related shampoo like cool tar lotion. And ketozole related shampoo like cipla 8x and I have used at that I can see results if i won't use it for 15 days it will come again previously I have started using homeopathy i know it takes some time till that time I need to maintain scalp due to that I have ordered coal tar lotion for controlling I don't know how use to it previously I was used recommend by physician

Hello Doctors... I had 5 months baby. I had pimples during pregnency. Now only marks are there. I had pigmentation on my nose from 1 month. I consultated dermatologist. They suggested azobril 15%, aquosoft moisturizer, ahaghlow facewash and UV duox mineral sunscreen. My skin type is dry. I applied azobril cream at night once on marks and pigmentation. Should i use sunscreen. Is UV duox mineral sunscreen good for dry skin? Is all these are safe to dry skin?
