Perlice 1% is great. But how you use it to rinse and clean your scalp is what you should take care of. Also, you need to take oral med along with it to get rid of the lice.

You can try using ivermectin lotion / perlice. Apply it 30 min before headwash. Use it atleast once a week for three weeks.
