Old Skin issue back side of knee
I have had this dark, thickened patch of skin under my knee for around 15–16 years or possibly longer. It is usually fine, but sometimes becomes extremely itchy, and when I scratch it with my finger/nails, it bleeds. Could this be eczema, lichen simplex, or something else? What treatment or cream would you recommend?
