My Observations & Current Scenario:
Over the last 7 years, my hair has gradually become thinner, and my scalp is now quite visible.
I have noticed a very specific pattern: every year, for about 15 days in July, and again in December or February, I experience rapid and heavy hair fall. The fallen hairs usually have a small white bulb at the root.
After these 15-day periods, the hair does come back, but it never grows back to 100% of the density I had when I was 18.
