Dystrophic eczema
I have it on amd off on three fingers of my right hand affecting my quality of life, can't work, cook. Fragrance, water, anything new is affecting it.
I have applied prescribed steroids, using venusia cream, nothing is helping. It goes and comes back.
Please suggest fragrance free moisturizer, face wash and a facial moisturizer cream for acne prone skin .
Can cerave water gel which i have using on face trigger it.
