Pih , skin inflammation, on face i just want scars to go away. I also get cystic acne. I just want this post inflammatory marks to go away. Salicyclic acid and Azelaic acid ointments i tried and it doesn't work for me.

I have a spreading skin infection on my genitals (penis and scrotum) and inner thighs. It looks like many  pimples that are itching severely.

I am an 18 year old male, 55kg, from Indore. I have been dealing with face and chest acne for 5 years along with extremely oily skin. I have been consistent with basic skincare for 2 years. I use Adapalene + Clindamycin phosphate gel (sandwich method, every other day) and my skin clears up within 2 weeks of regular use. However acne returns when I stop or become inconsistent. I am tired of being dependent on topical treatment long term and want a permanent solution. I am considering isotretinoin. My questions: 1. Am I a suitable candidate given my    acne is mild but persistent? 2. What dose would you recommend for    my weight (55kg)? 3. What precautions should I take    during summers specifically? 4. Which brand would you recommend ?

I am 18 weeks of pregnancy now. In this summer days I have some allergic infections in my vaginal part due to hot climate. And it is now so itching. And some wounds are present. It is common is every summer seasons and I use below mentioned cream(ketoconazole cream BP 30 g) In pregnancy period can i use this cream. Is it safe or not

Currently i m using redensyl , capixl ,procapil based hairserum fr thinning hair..so my question is can i use keratto brand hair building fiber where thinning area is there to cover it as my marriage is there?i have insvestigated that product is free from harsh chemicals and contains only keratin and dermatological tested..so can i use it while applying serum on scalp?

I have majorly dry and combination skin and last two months back I did massage on face with one facial oil which clogged my pores in forehead and tiny acne happened which is not going. Currently I am using derma co anti acne salicinamide 2% salicylic+ 2% niacinamide face wash twice a day and ponds supper light gel cera hyamino moisturizer twice a day after cleaning the face but still acne is not going. And very small size closed acne or might be closed comedones are there near to nose and chin. How to remove forehead visible acne. Please suggest some medicated cream. And I do not want to go for high actives since recently I recovered from urticaria.

I am having excessive hair loss for the past 1-2 years. I have been taking medications as well after consultation but nothing is working. My hair density is less than half now with my scalp visible.
