Please do not worry. Effective treatment options are available; however, management depends on the severity and extent of the condition. A detailed medical history is essential for appropriate evaluation and treatment planning. Kindly schedule an online consultation with a dermatologist for a comprehensive assessment, prescription, and further guidance.”

Laser hair reduction is a great option for pilonidal sinus. It is not much painful, just like little stinging. We usually apply topical numbing cream and use laser parameters based on skin colour, hair thickness to have maximum effect with minimum pain. You will see effect from first session (reduction in hair thickness and number). Minimal 6 sessions are required for long term sustained effects. You can go back to your work on same day. Better to choose clinic who have FDA approved device and dermatologist examines to suggest appropriate dose of laser energy.
Health Tips
Just don’t compare price. Balance price and quality. Laser hair reduction is not painful and usually life changing for pilonidal sinus patients.

Hello, Thank you for your query. • Based on the information provided, it is difficult to suggest the most appropriate treatment without a proper assessment, as several skin conditions can appear similar. • Kindly share clear photographs of the affected area in good lighting along with details such as duration of the problem, symptoms, and any treatments used previously. • I would advise against starting any OTC creams or self-medication, as some products may worsen the condition or delay proper treatment. • An accurate diagnosis is the first step towards effective and long-lasting results. You may book a consultation for a detailed evaluation and a personalized treatment plan. I would be happy to guide you further.
