Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello, She has rash on her both legs due to prolonged standing. She is a Teacher in school. Her treatment is ongoing with rheumatologist, Yesterday she developed some pus in her leg and it's paining also a physicain she visited removed it but again it's showing inflammation pls guide for Dermato Surgeon in Pune residing near Pimpri-Chinchwad

There's is been many Body aches( Pink, Water inside, Some big, Some small), but my body paining too much and feels like fever.. what are these plz tell me. Here is two image of the big one and the small one.. The dump is not paining, but itching too much.. Thank you.

I have vitiligo patches in my hand fingers, which looks bad, pls suggest what can be done to fix the ailment.

My mother has been suffering from red rashes all over her body except hands and legs including breast,neck ,back and abdomen first i started on breast and abdomen with small bumps and later it has spread to neck and back since she has scratched it because of itching and it didnt spread to any family members .The rash was associated with small and large bumps with severe itching .recently she has diagnosed with diabetes and taking metformin at morning time .blood sugar levels and hba1c levels are under control.we have visited general physician for the skin rashes and the doctor has prescribed Levocitrize and told its bacterial infection and treated with antibiotics injections .The flare ups got reduced sonewhat but again it has spreaded and started severly we consulted dermatologist he told its viral infection and takes time to reduce it and prescribed levocetrizine again with topical cream of betamethasone dipropionate cream at night .it didnt reduce it .what is the exact diagnosis ?

I have been dealing with seborrheic dermatitis for 5 years and it's not only on my scalp but also on my face (specially around the nose and Chick) on my chest and back. But around the nose area it's so bad that for last five years my nose area is so red that anyone can notice that I have redness and dandruff on my nose and I have visited 4 dermatologist till now but no one cured me. I just want to ask that how can I treat this and whom I should visit because of this my life is hell. It started happening when I was 15 started on my scalp and end up on my face and now I am 20 still there no difference after visiting 4 dermatologist. What should I do someone pls help me pls. I have lot to say if any doctor who knows about this condition and can cure or even help me manage this problem pls contact me. I live in Mumbai

I have pigmentation around my mouth/lips giving it a moustache type look. Before consulting dermatologist, what kind of lab tests  should I get done to help them treat me for this? I'm on thyroid medication and also have irregular periods. If there is hair growth above the lips I either get threading done once a month, or use tweezers to pluck them if the growth is thick. It's making me self conscious that I have to keep hiding the pigmentation under either tinted sunscreen or makeup.

I have been getting itchy, raised hives all over my body for the past 2 years. The hives are skin-colored to red, vary in size, and appear suddenly. They usually disappear within 1 hour, but new ones continue to appear. The itching is worse during the daytime. I have not noticed any specific triggers such as food, medicines, soaps, detergents, or insect bites, and no one in my family has similar symptoms. My Total IgE level was 436 IU/mL, and I was advised to take Cetirizine 2 daily , which controls the hives, but they return even using Cetirizine, I would like to know the cause and the best long-term treatment for this condition.

Hi doctor, I have a pimple on my nose. It was actively bleeding and little little pus was coming out of this pimple. I touched surfaces like metal, water tap, plastic and clothes in the washroom and those surfaces were wet (some surfaces were wet some were dry) then i touched this pimple spot which was actively bleeding. I'm worried maybe those surfaces had some infected body fluids. The washroom was used by another person 1 minute before of my use. I am worried for hiv transmission. I have shared the photo of that pimple please check. Can hiv be transmitted from this incident?

It's been 6 days since I noticed the first blister, now it's been cloudy since two and a half day no improvement. And some blisters of sholder side and back side become flat because of Sleeping position.. is it improving, kindly inform.. I've to get back to work as soon as possible.
