Hi, i have this hard bump on my lower lip which doesn't pain or itch. Its been there for over a month. Im worried if its something serious. I have attached the photos.. please let me know what it is and how can I get rid of this. I cant feel anything from inside. When i touch this bump it feels slightly hard. The size hasnt changed much.
