Chicken pox marks and acne treatment
It has been two years now I have marks due to chicken pox and I have applied many Cream suggested by doctor but the marks didn't fade specially on the back as I have ache issue as well the acne marks and chicken pox marks makes the skin worst on the back, i don't have issue with acne on face or any area apart from by shoulder and back

Back acne (bacne) and chickenpox scars are hard to treat with topical creams alone â especially on the back where skin is thick and hard to reach. Most over-the-counter creams don't penetrate well enough for deep pox scars or persistent back acne. Topical treatments often fail for back acne; oral medication is usually more effective. For 2-year-old pox scars, in-clinic procedures give far better results than creams.
Next Steps
See a dermatologist for: (1) back acne â oral Doxycycline or Isotretinoin depending on severity; (2) pox and acne scars â microneedling, chemical peels, or fractional laser on the back are effective.
