Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Respected Sir For the last few days i have a feeling of burning sensation on the skin on the left side of the lower abdomen just below the naval. There is no blister or itching. Even when not touch i get the feeling of burning sensation . I don't have diabetes or thyroid problems.but burning is not very severe. It is mild but feeling awkward. But few days back before it happened i had a feeling of burning sensation inside the left side of the lower abdomen. And it happened when I turned left or right during sleeping. The feeling is like sudden electric shock burning and it is  subsided within a second and again it happens sometimes.it is also happened when i suddenly stand up from sitting and when suddenly i sit.please let me know what is the cause ?whether i have to take medicine or it will resolve on it own

Respected sir/madam I am having a red pimple near my eyebrow on my face. I had my first episode of herpes lebailis in 2015. After that, it occurs every year (sometime once, sometime twice, sometime once in two years).. not a series of blisters, but a single one in lips How many occurrences in a year of such blisters are normal... is it normal ? and please tell also, is there any alarming situation at which I need to rush in to see the doctor. I took penicillin injection in feb 2022(my titer that time 1:16) then after 6 and 12 month I had vdrl test and my titer remain same (1:16)and finally after 2year ,my titer become 1:8 and after 6months 1:4 . And I did regularly vdrl test but result was positive and titer sometime show 1:2 sometime 1:4 . What does it mean ,what can I do now , my family pressurised me for wedding.
