Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My partner is suffering from Psoriasis in the palm of his hands for last 15 years. It has aggravated with time. He has tried ointments, steroid based medicines, etc. It reduces and then comes back stronger. Is there any permanent solution to this? He has pretty much lost hope now.

Hi doctor My daughter is 9 year old we use Spoo shampoo for her. We wash her head once or twice in a week There is no dandruff or red skin...it is normal.
