Hi Doctor My daughter got hives in last week and we have given Allegra and applying cream twice a day as suggested by doctor. Hives appear at 12 or 1 am. After that we give Allegra then they disappear. Then again appear at mid night. No permanent relief since last week. Kindly suggest something.

I had damaged my groin and scrotal skin barrier due to repeated antifungal and steriod use. I have had a long History of fungal infection there. Now the fungus overgrowth is treated but the skin barrier there remained irritated and sensitive and I notice an unusual hot feeling when there is heat and sweat there. So I consulted a homeopathic doctor and he prescribed me to apply a solution of coconut oil mixed with camphor My groin skin tolerated it well but it irritated my scrotal skin yesterday. It had caused redness, burning and itching after 4days of use. What should I do in this situation ? Also my fungal infection got treated more than 2months ago but this hot burning like sensation isnt going away

I am 23 years old M. I have been getting a small crack/line on the skin of my penis for a very long time. It comes and goes and usually appears after masturbation, particularly when I masturbate without lubricant. There is no itching, burning, discharge, bad smell, or significant pain.
