Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have a painful infected ingrown toenail on my right big toe. It started as a fungal infection but has progressed to pus and bleeding with severe pain. I am diabetic (HbA1c 7.1) and not currently on medication, so this needs urgent medical care. I am scared about whether it will heal properly and also worried about the pain during and after surgery. I would like to know if the whole nail needs to be removed or only the affected side . Will be it be general surgeon or dermatologst consultancy?

I am having infection and  in one of my fingers since one week. There is slight pain and discomfort in the area . I have attached photos of the infected area What does it look like? Is it something serious? How to get rid of it?

My 8 years old daughter is having small on face what is this mosquito bite or something else. Kindly suggest remedy. Thanks pic is attached for reference

Doctor, for the last few weeks I am having a pin-prick or needle-like sensation on my scalp, both sides of my face, neck, upper chest and back. It feels like tingling, itching or crawling under the skin, sometimes more at night. I was treated for scabies, and itching has reduced, but the pin-prick sensation is still there. My blood tests show Vitamin B12 level around 207, which I was told is borderline low. My sugar and CRP are normal, and thyroid TSH is slightly high. I don’t have weakness, fever, or numbness, but this sensation is disturbing. I want to know if this is due to Vitamin B12 deficiency or nerve irritation, and whether I should take B12 tablets or injections.”* B12 level - 208

Hello doctors , I noticed I had genital warts last may 2025 , I took treatment for it till September 2025 and warts have gone and currently no warts in my genital area , but I have this small white patch in my penis forehead skin .
