My neck area become dark. It will like circular and black colour patches. Not spreading or itching..any treatment for this?

A small itchy spot appeared on my neck. It started near the end of summer and slowly got bigger over a few months. Now it feels itchy and burns. I used a full 15-gram tube of LULICLINZ 1% cream, but it didn’t help much.
