I was experiencing hairfall more lately. I have mildly low iron and b12. Pcod and thyroid tests were normal. Attaching pictures of scalp and back hair. Can someone tell next step and what's happening?

I have been experiencing significant hair loss mainly in the crown area and the M-shaped hairline (temples). The hair at the crown has become noticeably thinner, and my hairline has receded over the past few months. The hair fall is progressive, and I'm concerned it may be male pattern hair loss. I previously used a topical minoxidil + finasteride solution for about 2–3 months, and my hair improved. However, after stopping it for 1–2 months, the hair fall returned quickly. I would like to know the cause and the best long-term treatment with the fewest side effects.
