I had my upper ears pierced one month ago. Both ears became infected after the piercing. After consulting a doctor, one ear healed completely but the other ear is still infected

I was prescribed benzoyl peroxide in the past and it was helping but I kept getting breakouts still and a dermatologist friend suggested that I try anti dandruff shampoo on face and my face suddenly cleared up and I figured I had yeast growth. No history of acne previously. It started last year in winter when I was getting the worst dandruff of my life due to high stress from toxic friends. I am working on fixing my diet and eating healthy, exercise, sleep, hydrate , taking therapy etc I use fungal acne safe skincare routine. But I noticed that with fungal acne I'm stuck in a spiral . My acne gets better in just two days of using ketoconazole shampoo on face but it makes my skin very dry but if I skip it even a day I breakout again. What's the solution for this?

I m using saliac face wash and thenn use niacinamide which is from brand minimalist and thenn I use acmist moisturizer and ekran sunscreen or dot the key tinted sunscreen I have oily skin type so after using this product after some time my face looks dull and darker than my body I don't understand what should I have to do now', I need glow in my face using any products but I don't know what else I have to use , my skin is Indian medium skin tone and my face should look like glowing, and I know I have to eat good things and do exercise and I m also doing that things but I need external product that will get my glowing skin kindly suggest something

From the past 15 days they are spreading. I started drinking bore tap water after 2 days ..i noticed It started from elbow and palm back side to all around hand and few on foot top too . Another suspect that on the same evening i ate bajji from that night it started..Its not that itchy and blisters not opening up. It just spreading slowly...even before i noticed them only on my left finger with litttle itch  and disapper after few days. But this time it is different its is spreading. Please help..

My forehead sweats too much. After sweating too much my forehead skin has become dull. If I itch in my forehead area it swells after 15 to 20 minutes it disappear. If I put any cream in my forehead area it becomes darker. What is the solution to treat

I have had reddish-grey discoloration, of the scrotal skin for about 3 years. It has remained more or less the same and hasn't significantly worsened. I have not consulted a doctor yet. During this time, I have tried a few over-the-counter products such as Candid-B cream, antifungal dusting powder, anti-chafing cream, and a few others (one included a mild atopic steroid based cream), but the discoloration persists. There is  itching—only occasionally—and sometimes I feel a mild needle-like prickling sensation. My main concern is the persistent redness/discoloration, and I would like to know what could be causing it and whether it is reversible. I also feel quite hesitant and anxious about getting examined in person, which is why I am seeking guidance here first. Any advice or guidance will be deeply appreciated. Thank you :)

Hello Doctor. I'm 16 years old. Over the past few months, my face has become much darker than the rest of my body, especially compared to my hands. The uneven skin tone is really affecting my confidence, and I feel like I don't look like myself anymore. My neck has only mild darkening in the skin creases, but it's not very noticeable. My main concern is my face. I recently had blood tests. My thyroid tests (TSH, T3, T4) were normal. My vitamin D is low, my folate is low, ferritin is on the lower side, and my glucose tests were normal. ANA and ANCA were negative. I wanted to know whether this looks like sun tanning, hyperpigmentation, melasma, or something else. Would you recommend any treatment such as tretinoin, azelaic acid, or another cream? Is hydroquinone appropriate in my case, or would you advise against it? I'm also attaching photos of my face and the difference between my face and my hand for your assessment. Thank you.

Hello, I have been sexually active with unknown partners for 2–3 years but always used condoms. My last exposure was 6 weeks ago and was protected. I now have 5 bumps on my penis: 2 are similar with a small white center/dimple, 1 is a larger skin-colored bump, and 2 are small skin-colored bumps. #1 Private Dermatologist diagnosed molluscum contagiosum (MC) and advised cryotherapy. #2 Infectious Disease Specialist diagnosed HPV, said it was not MC. #3 Government Dermatologist initially said either HPV or MC, but after reviewing my reports (HIV ELISA, TPHA, HBsAg & HCV negative at 43 days), felt it was MC. #4 Infectious Disease Specialist said both are possible and advised a skin biopsy (plus HPV genotyping if HPV is confirmed). I'm planning to marry and am very anxious. Is biopsy the best way to confirm? Is it painful? Can it spread the lesions? Based on the attached image, does this look more like HPV or MC or both or may be HSV too? Please help.
