Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My son 3 yr old has developed itchy red bumps on his legs and hands. It appears around 12.30PM and goes away completely by 6PM. He doesn't have a fever or cold. What could be the reason for these bumps? We have not introduced him to any new food, apply mosquito patch or cream regularly. Checked with his school also, he has not come into contact with any allergic materials

Actually I have been experiencing hairfall i consulted with a dermatologist and sne prescribed my medications like minoxidil and keradrive then Shelcal etc it was working at 1st but after shifting to delhi ..I has increased again ..and in my profession i usually make a very tight bun and apply gel onto my scalp so that is one of the reasons..now the situation is if I want to keep my hair untied then I must have a hair treatment done ..like smoothnings etc ... please help me out that what should I choose in this situation should I go for hair treatments or anything else? Please suggest

I have trunck back acne and milaria back side I applied some lotion and steroid liquid given by derma But still they comes when I stop it from many year around 5 yrs Why no solution

I'm suffering from genital skin problems like skin peeling from head, neck and foreskin part of penis and also having rash, also there is Yeast formation on the penis when the foreskin covers the head of the penis .sometimes it makes itching and sometimes gets black spots on different parts of the penis, once I've accidentally used Kojic aicd care soap on that part from that time I'm suffering this problem I've used four derm cream and also cleaning with Luke water

I have been using salicylic acid for almost a month and before using it I had very few acne's but I noticed i have open pores and acnes were there but like very few and not a clear skin so I researched and found salycilic acid according to my problem and I ordered it but now after using salycilic acid my acnes are literally growing more and more my skin becomes more worse than before idk if it's a purging period or any side effects that's why I need some suggestions should I continue or stop using it ? I want my open pores to clear out and also I have oily skin too

For few days noticed some kind of white patches on the back there is not itching or anything sometimes after bath feels very mild itchy but it is not fading away nor spreading. Seems a fungal infection. Please suggest some anti fungal cream. Please see attached image .
