Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I noticed these little raised bumps in my genital area when i zoomed in those they look like distorted shaped , im seriously frightened because of the misinformation on internet i seriously want genuine advice . I have attached both pictures together zoom in and zoom out version for size and clarity I remember when i shaved 2 months ago there was not anything like this as i remember if it was there it must have got cut . Please guide me as this is very personal thing i can't even share to anyone

Hello..three month ago I took for 1-2 years infertilly medicines(progesterone coq10 and letrozle ) ...I got 3 big patches in my head... Due to this medicine i got patches ? Will hair grow again or not?

Doctor advised me to apply glyco 6 cream alternative days. Instead of laser if I do chemical peel whether pigmentation will be fully fades atleast within 4 months.
