I have Acanthosis Nigricans and A problem of Bad odour i don't know I smell even after I bath and my neck, my armpits are too black plus I have problem of lot of sweating. I don't know what that is and is curable or not???

I see few rashes on my private part area. Skin color is also getting darker. Any solution? Or cream which can help?
